I bought these for my 5 year old grandson. He's tall and thin about 40lbs. The knee and elbow pads are about right but the wrist guards could do with a little more velcro. He has tiny arms and I had to add some more velcro so they would stay strapped

Listen this is my first child, I worry all the time. He is two and a half and wants to ride his balance bike. I would recommend these so much for any parent who wants to make sure no boo boos happen. He took a lot of falls so it definitely protected him not cuts or anything! It’s well worth the money and he loves the color! We told him he looks like a warrior to make him want to wear the pads. It’s easy to adjust over clothes and put them on and take off quick.

My grandson put these on in the house and was so happy that he wont get hurt while on his scooter. They are easy to put on and he had them on in off by himself in no time, These will come in handy for a very active boy.

Your kid has to be ripped or fat for the elbow pads to work everything else it works well for a 7 -8 year old
