Clean Flavor
Non-alcohol containing creme de menthe syrup is difficult to find in the United States (incredibly common in France and Montreal). This is an excellent syrup - good clean solid mint flavor. Not a lot of green food coloring. It is sweet, but the mint really offsets that. The syrup is very thick, pretty difficult to pump with the included pump. The only other way I have found creme de menthe in the US is the not very good De Bouchett liquor. It is the equivalent of the nasty schnapps many people will have a bad memory of from a long time ago. I have finally found the missing ingredient to make my Pastis drink - creme de methe syrup, Pastis, ice and water. There is a fantastic way to make this drink non-alcoholic, use anise syrup instead of the Pastis. It ends up very similar. I'm a died in the wool Monin syrup lover - they are truly the gold standard, even better than Torani. Unfortunately, neither had a creme de menthe syrup. With Monin and Torani you have to buy a pump in addition to the bottle of syrup. Amoretti includes the pump with the syrup. Frankly, you get what you pay for. The Monin pump is amazing, sturdy, well made, and includes a rubber cap - kind of important to keep syrup from evaporating at the spout and forming a plug. Amoretti's pump is thinner plastic, it is smaller, and doesn't have a cap. It is what I would expect for free. The included pump delivers 1/6 of an ounce per pump. That's a super strange number, a half ounce and a full ounce are easy to figure out (3 and 6 pumps). But a quarter ounce is much harder to do - essentially it is one pump and a half.

Great for coffee!
I have bought this syrup on many occasions and I love the flavor as the perfect amount of mint to it and it just is a very smooth flavor that I add to my coffee. I would recommend it to any coffee lover that loves mint their coffee

Great! Just a tad too sweet.
Great product. The best Creme The Menthe on sale in the US by far. It has a delicate taste but it is slightly too sweet in relation to the amount of mint you get when adding it to water. Regardless of that it remains a great product I highly recommend to all lovers of mint.

Finally!!!
I have looked and looked for a creme de menthe syrup to replicate a popular drink called the "Mint Condition" from Caribou Coffee which I can no longer get as I moved away from the city I used to live. Using Amorerrti Creme de Menthe, I have finally been a able to achieve this! I appreciate the quality of this product as well. Many coffee flavor syrups asy much too watery and overly sweet. Amoretti syrups are not like this at all. There is actually substance to them which gives them a wide variety of uses for much more than coffee! Use them to give deserts a flavorful garnish. (Especially ice cream!) My only wish for Amoretti is that though they already have way less sugar than others, but that they would make more sugar free flavors for thoseo with diabetes.

Too Mild
I bought this and Torani mint. This did not work well for my application in a pie. The mint was too mild, and the green color was lacking; it was also a very thick syrup. The Torani has a deeper color, stronger flavor and was more liquidy. The pie I was making used mascarpone cheese and with this mint syrup, there was no green color (I should have added green food coloring but the pie was so delicate to make I didn't want to ruin the consistency by adding food coloring), and in the end, you couldn't really taste the mint. The Torani worked out better. My dad did enjoy adding this to his coffee, on top of his ice cream, and actually just tasting a little on a spoon! It probably has its applications but I would not buy this one again because the Torani could do the same as this - just use less if you want less mint flavor. Also, the Torani has a better (healthier) ingredients list - real sugar. This one has chemicals and high fructose corn syrup instead of sugar - I try to stay away from that stuff and didn't think about it at the time. But if I have the option of choosing from a product made from real sugar versus chemicals and high fructose corn syrup, I always choose sugar. Sugar is a much healthier option.

Perfect Sundae
I was growing a little tired of chocolate syrup on my ice cream and remembered in my youth, my mother always ordered Creme de Menthe sundaes. Most of the syrups are very thin, to be added to beverages. I wanted something thick to pour over ice cream. I saw one of the reviews here complain it was thick and thought "perfect." And it is. It pours well over the ice cream, tastes great, and it actually has fewer calories than chocolate syrup.

Yummy
I got this syrup to make my own version of McDonald's Shamrock Shakes.. It took 16 pumps for 2 large shakes and a small shake, but they were very good and better than the McDonald's ones in my opinion!
