Excellent case for the iPhone X. Have given the durability 4 out 5 stars as I haven't gotten the phone wet yet and the case was bought as a just in case. Highly recommend it. Comes with spare Allen screws to bolt down the case. Takes a few minutes to learn how to use the silence switch on the phone through the case but once you get it it becomes second nature. For some reason this review is popping up for the iPhone XS Max case I just bought 19/08/2019. So I need to add something here: The iPhone X and XS Max cases are practically identical in looks apart from size obviously. However the iPhone XS Max case does have an issue its not a deal breaker but you do need to be made aware of the issue. I will contact the seller directly shortly. The hex screws and allen key for securing the face plate to the rest of the body case are mismatched .. either the screws inset for the allen key is a tiny but large or the allen key is a tiny bit small. The case can still be assembled perfectly fine ... BUT ... once the tension on the screws in the case reaches a point the allen key slips in the screw head. This may be to prevent over tightening but the iPhone X case does not have this issue.

Love this case, yes it’s heavier than most cases,however I am happy to sacrifice total peace of mind if the phone is dropped over a few grams of weight. The cases are extremely well made and engineered. They are stylish, very durable and attractive. The use of the switches especially the mute is sublime and solid. Other cases are in my option well sub standard when it comes to the switch operations. As with all cases, the cheap plastic screen protectors provided with the cases are an absolute insult and waste of time. Why make a case of high standard and include such a cheap kids toy like piece of plastic as a cover. I always cut out the plastic and fit a glass protector. Thankfully the ‘Unbreakcable’ brand of glass screen protectors are the best,they are so good,they make specific covers a few mm smaller so that they fit perfectly on the screen when using fitted phone cases ,pure genius. If you are looking for a totally rugged,stylish ,albeit slightly heavier case, and want complete peace of mind ,buy this case, you will be so glad you did.

Great clear instructions comes with spare tiny screws incase you dropped some trying to open the case initially. I work with sanding wood so a case like this is definitely handy for that type of environment. The vents are protected but I am yet to see results I’m just happy with the quality feel so far.

I work in construction so this case works well for me. Its been my go to for the last four maybe five years. It lasts about a year for me as i work with aggregates daily. On the flipside though. It does restrict a lot of your phone signal. So take that in to account when thinking about getting it. Phone intact over reception is a small price to pay for me. As my phone still looks fresh out of the box. It does what i need it to do. Protects it

I've used it for a few months now. I do like this case, it physically protects the phone well, but makes using it a little bothersome. I'll give a quick rundown of the issues ive encountered The case itself is sturdy and my phone is completey unscratched. The included.. lanyard isnt very durable and snapped after a month. Swiping the notification and control center panels down can be difficult. Trying to swipe upwards to activate the one handed mode is nearly impossible. Plastic cover for charging port is easy to break and can slip out of its rubber handle easily. I've not fully submerged my phone so i can't say if it will keep water out, but from heavy rain its kept it bone dry. Plastic screen cover is flimsy and gets scratched easily. One of the screws holding the case together slipped out one day. Still holds sturdy with 5. Overall, phone is like new, case obstucts phone features. case starts to show wear after a year. If you just want to keep your phone safe, it works, but i wouldn't reccomend it.

Amazing phone case and customer care service! My iPhone X survived a nearly first story drop and that very same day survived being dropped to the bottom of a full bath. Phone is still sorta immaculate to this day however constantly removing the phone from the case does the screws no favours and one day I accidentally over tightened one screw and the fixing hole had snapped and come away from aluminium part not completely sealing the phone. So decided to stop using the case and ended up scratching the sides of phone :( I got sent out 5 new cases with the parts for free! I just wish I had waited. This case kept my phone brand new till I stoped using so if you get this case try not keep removing so many times but it really will preserve your phone and keep like how you first brought it!
