This had been a game changer. It’s so easy to use. The included rim try keeps the messiness to a minimum. I’ve accidentally left it on and dropped it (while in the box) and nothing broke or was damaged. The functions for the heat settings are perfect. I got the white color and it is easy to clean.

It came in quickly. It was great and easy to use. The other solutions like the pre wax cleanser, wax residue remover, the aloe gel, and the lotion all were helpful to use during the wax process. It does come with their own soft wax and the pads to go with it, but in my case I was using my own hard wax beads (mermaid wax). You will have to buy another empty wax container to use if you are also doing this since you cannot pour wax beads directly into the warmer. The warmer heated up great and I did end up buying more wood sticks since it does come with only a few. Overall it was a great kit to use and I do like this brand. I looked at the reviews on all the other bundles for waxing but they all had issues with the machine. So I thought better to use a professional quality wax warmer versus a cheaper one that may not work for me. This is a great investment if you want to get your moneys worth.

I had the old version of this one - had it for about 16 years and it just died. LOVE this new model. Still more compact than other warmers on the market. Didn’t think i was going to like the handle - i figured it would take up too much space. It’s actually quite useful when you’re trying to get the last bit of wax and still takes up less room than the standard wax warmer. Love love love.

My warmer gets monthly use and it does a good job heating the wax consistently. It fits the satin smooth cans without issue, and I appreciate the addition of cardboard carriers to help take the cans in/out of the device more easily. The box can also fit a couple applicator sticks, which is nice for storage.

I use this wax pot pretty frequently. It’s very durable, heats well, and hasn’t had any issues.

I already owed one of these,had it a number of years works great.This is a replacement. The reason I replaced wasn't anything to do with this product, I had an accident with the previous one didn't put the lid on right and got wax all over and on the outside of it. My bad...anyway I highly recommend it.

J’ai tellement cherché de machine à cire. Je ne savais pas quoi choisir. J’ai décidé de faire une enquête niveau qualité/prix/cire/entretien. Celle-ci est la meilleur, comparable au produit de Gigi. La seule différence c’est la cire. On doit acheter séparément le pot de cire de 14oz. mais appart cet investissement je trouve qu’il vaut la peine. Une fois la cire fini, on le jette et on remplace par un autre pot. Fait définitivement la job. Satin smooth est un produit de qualité. Pour retirer la cire qui peut parfois tomber sur la machine ou sur un comptoir et sur nous, utilisez de l’huile pour bébé, n’importe quelle marque générique pas besoin de payer un prix fort. N’importe quel gel aloès vera après-soleil peut aussi aider pour apaiser les rougeurs ou si on a une sensation de brûlure. Personnellement j’en ai pas eu besoin mais je partage le conseil. J’espère que ça vous aidera !!
