not great and not worth the price
got this specifically to help with neck pain. It is really tough to get it around the neck and with the cover on, it doesn't heat up enough. Wanted this to really work, but it seems like a microwave heat pad might be my best option.Just note that if this doesnt work for you, you will pay shipping out of pocket to return this + 20% restocking fee. which is ridiculous for such a crappy product. BUYER BEWARE!!!
