Works just like advertised. It IS cheap, but it does the "work".

I really dislike writing negative reviews, but I have given this product 2 years and it keeps getting worse. When I first received this product, it only worked half the time. Even with brand new batteries, it had difficulty turning on. When I would push the switch up, it would not work and would make a sound like it was stuck. Sometimes I could get it to work, often times it was stuck and I couldn’t use it. I dealt with it like that for 2 years. I FINALLY figured out how to get it to work properly just recently. I would have to unscrew the top and use my finger to try and click the plastic bit in place (I don’t know how else to explain it). Now, I know how to get it to work, but even with brand new batteries, it’s tugging at the hairs whenever I try to use it. It hurts too much when I try to use it and causes a bunch of irritation. This product is just so frustrating. I hope I just got a defective one and other people have good experiences…

Even with brand new batteries I was having trouble with the blade not moving. Turns out on the inside the spinning part has a really hard time actually staying in the slot it's supposed to, so the parts easily separate and the trimmer stops working.

A little tricky to operate, must go over and over an area

I like this little trimmer- it gives a relatively close buzz, has multiple options for a trim and is compact and light enough to travel with. I like having this with me for a touch up when needed.

I really like this item and it was comfortable to use.

Trimmer will not cut hair of any length. I tried to on my arms and it just passes over hair. Doesn’t pull out hair either, just kind of ignores its existence. The foil shaver works properly and the motor in the main device works fine. I must have received a faulty trimmer head. Sending back for refund and will repurchase and hopefully have better luck.
