This little jackknife is perfection in my pant’s pocket!
This little jackknife is drop dead gorgeous! Its fit and finish is superb and, for its tiny size, it has excellent ergonomics. The design is brilliant, the 20 CV steel is great, and the knife feels good in my extra-large hand. Oh, and it’s as sharp as the devil! It will cut!! I almost always carry a pocket knife. At my camp, I usually carry something rather robust. At work, I prefer to carry something small and discreet. This knife fits the bill to a tee. The quality of this knife makes it worth the premium price; however, I do wish that it was about 50 to 75 bucks less than the 194 bucks that I paid for it as it would make a great stocking stuffer at Xmas for my boys. Maybe I’ll get one for my eldest son when he graduates from college. He would appreciate it as he is a knife collector like his old man. I am having a blast with this small knife. It is becoming one of my favourites and I carry it often. I am tempted to spring for another Zero Tolerance knife in the near future!

Just get it, thank me later.
I love this blade. Pros - lightweight, top tier craftsmanship, American made, sharp A.F. out of the box, beautiful all around, easy opening and confident in the lock once open, closing is easy and once closed stays closed. ** Con - the one and only thing I can say that isn't exactly a negative however, I would have been more content if all together we could agree on a $150.00 pricepoint. That being said the piece is worth the money and if you are an individual who appreciates high quality blades and money isn't an issue this ZT and ther fact of being ZT's smallest pocket knife is absolutely a must have. Just do it thank me later.

Excellent but tiny
This has been my go to EDC. I have 7 ZT’s all of which have their uses but this one is extremely lightweight and has all the benefits you would expect from Zero Tolerance (superior materials, amazing functional and beautiful design from an incredible craftsman, crazy sharp out of the box blade and wonderful fidget factor). If you are looking for a steady EDC that you will forget you have with you this is the knife for you.

Very Sharp Yet Very Hard to Open
PROS: 1) Extremely sharp, including the tip of the blade. 2) Satisfying and functional "scoring" to help with the grip. 3) Love the carbon fiber on one side and titanium on the other. 4) GREAT small size for concealment. NEUTRAL: The blade steel of the knife I received was not CPM 20CV as described on Amazon's website. It instead was S45VN. However, both are super premium materials; while there are slight differences in edge retention vs. performance, most of us will not notice a significant differance. CONS: 1) VERY hard to open. The tip of the knife has cut me several times trying to open one-handed due to the unbelievable amount of tension holding it closed coupled with the small size there is very little leverage. However, please note that the "break-in period" will enable the knife to be easier to open over time (after almost 2 weeks of constant "play" I can open it 9 out of 10 times with no issue), 2) A bit picky of me, I'm disappointed that It does not come with a deep pocket clip (i.e., very small / low profile knife, I want this to be standard, or at least an accessory that can be purchased). However, there are many after market options that will make this a reality.

Seriously? If you can even open it, you will hope the frame lock will work
Very interesting novelty knife that would be practical if it opened as smooth as a Kershaw and the blade was secured with the Cold Steel Tri-Ad™ Lock & locking mechanism. Even considering the 0022 mechanisms obvious flaws, it is a beautiful piece of craftsmanship. As such it is best as a collectable fetish knife, to be polished, displayed and appreciated and understood as an exceptional work of art. But, if you want a small knife to do the tough dirty work get a Cold Steel Mini Tuff Lite knife. It is small, strong, and locks like a steel bar. The oversized box it comes with seems a cheap misfit for the outstanding quality of this compact knife. And, at this price point, couldn't ZT have included the two tiny screws for the alternate attachment point of the pocket clip?

Fabulous big little knife in a squished box
Zero tolerance is a premier American knife producer. I have several of their knives now, and they live up to the motto "Proudly overbuilt in the USA". The craftsmanship and quality of my 0022 is as close to perfect as I can see without a microscope. The blade snaps open crisp and clean, the lock bar engages about 30% (good!), it closes with a satisfying click against the blade stop, and the blade is centered right between the scales. ZT has applied the best of current frame lock design elements to the 0022. The lock bar has a life extending steel insert, the pivot has ceramic ball bearings, the scales are high-tech titanium and carbon, the blade is made of CPM-20CV super stainless steel, and has very attractive black and blue hardware. Offsetting the pocket clip so it doesn't press on the lock bar when opening is a relatively new update to the frame lock design, and I'm glad they used it here. I have a Sebenza 21 that with a straight pocket clip, and a Sebenza 31 that an offset clip. I love them both, but I like the 31's clip better. Watch for price breaks on the 0022. It occasionally drops considerably, and that's when to grab one. One unhappy note is that mine was shipped in the ubiquitous Amazon bubble wrap envelop. This is fine for non-frangible items, but ZT's box arrived crushed. Amazon please note: Ship This Product In A Box, Not A Bag. This didn't harm the knife, but an intact box is important to a knife collector. I was able to revive the box so that it once again resembled a simple rectangular solid rather than a topologically complex concave object. I'm not going to return the item over a crushed but useable box because I intend to USE my 0022, not keep it in the box for my heirs to inherit. I do keep the boxes for all my knives in case I decide to sell any at some point, but I have a hunch the 0022 will be a keeper.

Fabulous little EDC knife
It’s small enough to fit in the watch pocket of a pair of jeans, but has an incredible blade on it. It comes out of the box wicked sharp, and hones to an even finer edge. It’s not cheap, but if you want a $20 knife, there are plenty of options out there.

Ich kann leider das Orginal Messer nicht bewerten da mir hier ein ganz billiger Clone aus China zugeschickt wurde. Ging direkt zurück.
