Shipping was a like a week late, but seller remained in contact with me for most of experience, and there’s a pandemic going on so, little can be done about that. It arrived in 3 large boxes, which made it into my smaller apartment. Came in great/new condition, no tears, rust, or imperfections. Assembly was very easy. No tools required, took me and my mother about 30-40 mins give or take. The back piece to the chaise is wobbly and still unsure why, but it works none the less. When you sit on the couch it’s not a tall back to the couch which is disappointing. The couch is very firm, but that’s what I prefer and I’m certain if will become broken into with use. Very happy with it overall. Given the price and the look of the couch, it fits beautifully into my smaller apartment and looks amazing. I’ve received many compliments so far.

Item received not damage. item packaging taken a bit of a beating but held together , 6 week for delivery after calling 3 times to get the correct delivery date by xpo . really like their professionalism on the phone. didn't like the under promises of delivery dates by their system. I don't blame their CSRs but do blame their management that schedules their delivery their a mess . 6 week wait it seem that item was traveling all over the US and not to my home . price for the item was ok, since i got it on sale. assembly was a breeze with 2 people one person would had been fine 15 minutes it took us . got the black faux leather 4 seater l shape left . u must upkeep it since is delicate with proper cleaning solutions and conditions to preserve about 1 once a week . nice touch with black and white checkers pillows , very comfortable and firm back pillows may need a bit more cushion not a biggie but if you prefer firm than u should i know i will . very light not heavy i can push it with two fingers from the connectors and left corner edge . so is basically light . will buy again if i need to. wife loves it firm. so wee good . now ZzzZ on my new sectional.

One thing I had to end up doing when I got this is adding another whole for one of the connectors because it wanst added. I had to feel for where to add the whole so that made things take longer. Besides that, installation was super simple and didnt really require instuctions. The visual result of it all is beautifule, but the velcro attached pillows are awful and I had to add more velcro strips to make them sturdier. As far as size, its the perfect size and not really small at all if you ask me, so I'd ignore any comments that talk about size or space for sitting. It is firm, which is ok for sitting, but not lying. The material seems to wrinkle easily as well. I'd say this think should cost no more than 400 dollars what with its lack of real couch details. This is more of a faux couch, but it does what I neeed it to do

We love this sofa. We have had it for a few months now. It is a great length to fit our family of four, and it can easily be taken apart on one edge to vacuum crumbs under it. The ottoman is also great, because we can store a few things inside, but it is a good size to be able to move around for vacuuming. One of my kids occasionally wipes peanut butter from his hands onto the sofa, but it cleans right off. There are only two minor issues - the ottoman does not have great support in the lid, so ours has started to sag just a tiny bit because of little kids jumping on it. If you don't let anyone jump on it, I don't think you will have a problem. The only other tiny issue is my fault - I was so concerned that the length of the sofa be sufficient that I didn't check the height. The back is a little shorter than I would like, which is why I only gave it four stars on comfort. Even with the minor issues, I would still buy this sofa again.

This couch is super comfy, it’s huge and we had no issues putting it together. It comes with pillows and you don’t sink into the couch, which is a plus! But, it is not super firm. UPDATE: This couch has springs that are poking out and is now super uncomfortable. It is embarrassing to even allow people to sit on this couch with the springs poking at you. Terrible couch. Waste of money. Very sad that I wasted money and will now have to purchase another one..It couldn't even last more than 2 years.

I received my couch in the mail today. It came in 3 boxes. My husband put it together and didn't have an issue. It is a very cute couch. I love the look and I think I'll love it more once I get a few other things to go with it. It is smaller than it looks though and it feels like you're sitting on a brick. I didn't expect it to be comfortable though. Just needed something cheap and easy to clean considering I have a 4 year old, a 1 year old and 5 dogs.

First thing you need to know before purchase is you HAVE to be home to accept delivery. Once you sign, its yours. Shipping is tricky. Mine arrived stood on end on a broken pallet and a squished ottoman box, so I was nervous but all was ok inside. Assembly was extremely simple and took 20 minutes tops. The couch itself seems durable. It is a firm couch. If you are looking to sink in, this isn't for you. The cushions etc come out squished but straighten out after a day or so. So far it was a decent value. I paid $779 and its now a hundred dollars less. I'd purchase again at the lower price if needed.

Easy to put together. Very sturdy. Not as comfortable as I had hoped but ok. I received a wrong color ottoman and it was resolved very quickly!
