I have been using this during my pregnancy and I am very happy. I put it in the blender with frozen fruits and waters and it is delicious. The ingredients are amazing and it digest well. It can get messy if you aggressively open the bag cause some fine powder might fly. But it is a small con compare to the benefits.

I have tried so many protein powders. Some are thick and goopy and others have a taste that makes it difficult to get down. But THIS unflavored whey protein is elite! It is fine powder that mixes so well with just about anything. And it is undetectable in flavor! If i want overnight oats I just add a scoop of this protein in while mixing and I just got a boost of flavor without having to sacrifice taste and I didn’t blow a bunch of calories. There is virtually no smell, no grainy texture - just pure whey protein.

Great tasting, clean protein powder with simple ingredients. It’s not overly sweet like many others - just a hint of sweetness. Love how well it mixes in my coffee. I do find the image of the amino acid profile very misleading, however, which is per 100 grams but the serving size is 27 grams and knocked off a star for that.

I actually really like this protein powder. So far I’ve only used it in smoothies with fruit and my bloom greens and it blends up really nice. Not chalky and the taste is good - the vanilla flavor is not strong but kind of reminds me of a milk shake more than a smoothie when I blended it with fruit. I wish the bag was bigger for the price but quality over quantity - I don’t use it every day. The scoop was buried in the bag and took me a while to finally find it so it was kind of a mess and I felt like I wasted some of the protein powder which was upsetting so just be careful when getting the scoop - maybe use tongs to get it out at first. I am 30+ weeks pregnant and wanted a healthy protein filler when getting enough protein every day can be a struggle. This does the trick and tastes good. I will definitely keep it on hand especially postpartum when easy food and extra protein will be necessary for pumping and feeding.
