Dang this stuff is powerful! I recommend starting small- maybe like 1/4 to 1/3 dropperful in at least 8 oz of water before meals and assess before increasing. I could feel my digestion kicking up right away!! When I did a higher dose and not in water, everything seemed to be a little too active in my tummy and I had some wild burps which I never do. Also a tiny bit of a heartburn sensation which is abnormal for me. BUT happy to report I think it helps a lot with my slow motility/bad digestion/ constipation. Also the bottle is huge so a great value considering I’m only using a small amount with each meal

Why did you pick this product vs others?: These work very well, had never used bitters, so just took a chance and was very pleased. They worked better than Iberogast for me.

Great product but a little rough to take down.

I used to struggle with bad reflux and a heavy, uncomfortable feeling like food was just sitting in my stomach. It got so bad that I was taking Gravol almost every day just to cope. I began with a very low dose to make sure my body tolerated it, then slowly worked my way up to the recommended amount.
