This absolutely works to curb appetite and control cravings. I'm 40 years old, routine exercise, cardio, walking and diet were not working. I kept gaining weight no matter what I changed. I read another review and followed it to the tee. 1 tab of Now Garcinia (twice a day) and 1 tab of Now Diet Support (twice a day). I've only been using this for a week and I already shed 3 lbs. For someone who was stuck in the 190's I am grateful. I cannot wait to see how much more I can lose. I am following a healthy and low carb diet.

I chose this product because it had the highest amount of Garcinia for any supplement in the same price range. I also love Now Food products. I know when I receive their product, it is going to be fresh and high quality. I took this for weight loss and had good results. I do believe my appetite was reduced and my energy levels were certainly up. I had no negative side effects. Unlike prescription medicine for weight loss, I had no anxiety, dizziness, nausea, or any other problems. I always find that a natural supplement is far safer and healthier than a taking a prescription drug. I lost about 4 lbs while taking this bottle.

This product actually helped me lose weight and does give me some energy however I take mine differently. The bottle says to take one tablet 1 to 3 times daily. I have been taking one 30 min before lunch and the one 30 min before dinner because I wasn’t sure how my body would react to it and it worked.

This is not a miracle pill and it' snot intended to be. The research I did said that those taking garcinia may lose more weight along with diet and exercise than those just dieting and exercising. So, if want a pill to do the work for you then this isn't it. I didn't notice much weight loss myself but maybe I was not dieting and exercising correctly or enough...
