Can you put this suit on over boots? What about the jacket, does it have snaps or a zipper? Lastly, can the hood be easily cut off?

Suit is comfortable "loose fit". If our boot size is smaller maybe you can put on over boots. You can put boots on easily after suit is on and it will cover the boots if this makes sense. Loose fit as to where you would be able to put heavier clothes on underneath if the weather is cold. I have not considered cutting the hood off so I cannot answer that question.
