I wanted to get some MTC oil into my diet and this sounded good. I don't drink coffee and I didn't want it in my tea, so I mixed it into a cold drink I have each day. The flavor of the drink was not very good but I was forcing myself to finish the jar. I mixed this MTC oil with it and now it tastes like flavored ice cream. Yummy. I love this stuff. Now my drink tastes wonderful. I've already ordered a second bottle. You won't regret this purchase if you like vanilla. Mixes well also.

Overall, I like this stuff, and I think I’ll buy it again. It really takes the edge off my hot black coffee in the morning, lending a slight creaminess and a subtle caramel flavor. I love to add MCT oil to my morning coffee even when I’m not on a keto diet so that I can focus and get through work + taking care of my kids - and not feel hungry until at least lunch time. This product does just that and it’s so much more palatable than straight MCT oil or pure coconut oil. Although the ingredients list monk fruit, it does not add much sweetness at all to a cup of coffee (I make 10-12 oz cups). I’ve tasted it on its own and it has a very mild sweetness that’s less noticeable than the heavy oiliness (which I expect and am ok with). I think if you added a lot to your coffee, you’d get both creaminess and sweetness, but not quite like a typical coffee creamer. However, if you use the serving size of 1 tbsp like I do, it’s very subtle and your coffee remains mostly black. Overall, the flavor and effectiveness is great. But don’t expect it to taste or feel like a keto coffee creamer.

Don't believe the 1 star reviews. Thankfully I didn't. It's pricy but delicious. Great with coffee unlike every other MCT product I tried on Amazon.. Do you believe one reviewer tried to fry with it? LOL I'm on my 4th bottle. I do wish it were more affordable but other than that the product arrives in a great protective container. and a shrink wrapped cap. I highly recommend over the crappy tasting powders on here which all left a bitter after-taste.

I've used this Organic MCT oil before and I really like it. It's high quality and comes with it's own spout.
