Poor Fluke Support
We have three of these. Two are good and mostly accurate on both temp and RH. The third one came in reading 10% high RH, but we did not know it at the time, assuming it was accurate out of the box. When the calibration cycle came around a year later we found that it was reading 10% high. We notified Fluke/Amprobe and they told us it was out of warranty (by a couple weeks) and that it could not be calibrated (not adjustable). They refused to supply the procedure they use to make it accurate prior to sending to a customer. They did offer to supply an exchange replacement for about half the price of a new one. When it works it is fine, but check it against another meter when you first get it or you may end up with a year of bad data and a red mini-boat anchor.
