This is brilliant. In one week my hip pain has disappeared. It is smelly though. The surface smell is mint but I’m starting to smell wet doggies when I get into bed….. small price to pain for restful night’s sleep!

Had heard about this before. but after waking up with a stiff , nippy sore back. And not one for liking tablets to much. I decided to resort to this. It really helped control the pain and relax my lower back muscles. It is by no means a cure but it controls and reduces my pain from the damage I have done to my back. For me once on, it lasts a day and when I work I can feel it heating up giving a good feeling in my lower back as if it's counter acting the pain. Yes it does have a strong menthol smell but it's benefits outweigh that.

My wife has tried this cream, it has helped a bit. She will gave it a few more weeks, to see if this cream works.

I find this has a rapid action with my sciatica. It is certainly very minty smelling but I like the smell. It takes a lot of rubbing to absorb but not totally necessary. Lovely heat affect but it certainly numbs or reduces the worst of the ache in my buttock, hip and ankle. I’ve decanted some into a roller ball bottle which is good for portability and less minty hands. Udderly amazing though you feel a right teet explaining why your using this on your buttocks🤪😂😂
