Very gently effective, very dependable. One is enough for me, unless I'm traveling and then I take 2. No cramping. No runs. Just a good, smooth, BM. Great price too.

my daughter met with a special nutritionist and she recommended this product. My daughter mentioned to me since I have suffered from bowel issues and constipation most of my life. I figured can't hurt, so decided to try it and it really works. No pain, no diarrhea, just a gentle move as the name suggests. Been using it for over a year and I now just take one pill each night. I notice the difference if I quit taking the pills, this usually happens when I forget to purchase new order. I would say 100% worth the money.

When you have to go, but can’t? I’ve been using many of Nature’s Sunshine Products, for over 30 years... yes, it can be pricey... but they work, without a lot of chemicals you can’t pronounce, or afraid to take! I always take whatever I’m taking with me, when I see my doctor on a checkup or follow-up... I’ve never had to have my doctor tell me NOT to take them, or write a prescription for “something better”!

This is the best, most gentle and effective laxative. It really helps with hard BMs making them easy to pass.

Gentle and effective!!

I've been using this product for regularity as a daily supplement and it's made such a difference! It's part of my daily routine and I can count on it to keep me regular! My Dr. Has seen the ingredients and said it's safe to take with my medications! If you experience occasional constipation I would also recommend you look at their lower bowel stimulator for relief!!!

I think the ingredients in this digestive supplement can be effective but it was not helpful for me.
