Dr. Brown's MilkSPA Breast Milk and Bottle Warmer

After using a traditional bottle warmer where it was hit or miss on how much water to add vs how much milk I was heating, I picked this up. I have not scalded a single bottle of breastmilk since! No more guessing or fiddling with mls of water at 3am. Just press the type of bottle (glass in big or small, plastic in big or small or bag of breastmilk), select temp of milk (whether from the counter, fridge or freezer), and oz amount (this one is a little more trial and error to get the perfect temp vs oz amount, but I still never scalded anything). Plus you CAN adjust warming time to better suit your needs and it will stay on that setting unless you unplug or change the other settings. This bottle warmer was a life saver. It's easy to clean, only needing to refill once a day (using it for approx 8 bottles a day), and it really doesn't take up too much space on the counter.

Works great and buttons are easy to use. Perfect size to use for wide neck bottles. Make sure to keep water at full line or else it won’t heat up like it’s supposed to the right temperature.

Been using for 5 months about 6 times a day. Absolutely love this warmer. We’ve had no trouble with it. Super easy to use and if you unplug it and plug it back in, it’s still programmed to whatever setting you had it to before unplugging. It’s about 7 in. wide and 9 in. tall. I would recommend this to everyone. Screen is very bright and clear to see.

This review is for the Milk Spa. I'm very disappointed in this milk warmer. It promises to warm milk to body temp, and it promises to preserve breast milk's nutrients. If the milk is being warmed to 118°, that is way too hot and nutrients in breast milk starts to burn off at 104°. As you can see pictured, I have 3oz milk in a glass bottle from fridge temp, and that was selected on the machine. There's no way to do half oz or milliliters, either. The only way we've figured out to use it is to reduce the amount by an oz. Also, this is from my own misinterpretation, so you may think so too, but this doesn't dethaw Frozen milk, it warms from frozen. This poses a problem for me as I freeze more in a bag than we use in a single feed, but once you warm milk, it needs to be used up in 2 hours and not re-stored in the refrigerator. So the frozen option is useless to me until the babe start taking 6 oz in a feed. Over-all, I'm disappointed. This was so expensive for it not to work as intended to. EDIT: UP FROM 2 STARS TO 4 STARS. We found how to change the timer for the milk. I thought the preset time was the only time it could do. So you can select the oz for the type of bottle and select the little thermometer button and Go over the to the arrows and adjust the time. 🤦‍♀️ I am not always a manual reader to be honest. But I made sure to read it for set up. I don't remember seeing that information. I still only give it 4 stars because it takes a long time to heat up milk. But now I know how to adjust it, thank goodness.

The warmer does not do a good job warming consistently. I find myself trouble shooting and having to take it apart (super annoying to remove the chamber and other part). It is not a reliable product. It had an error code within 3 days of using it. We stopped using it after 4 days. Had to order another one on Amazon.

Fast and easy to use

Life changing! I love this product. Warms up baby bottle in about 4 minutes depending on how many ounces. Wish I had this item with my first born! I have the sterilizer too now and it’s the best thing ever! Love Dr. brown!!

I decided to take a risk regardless of bad reviews, but after two weeks, I’m returning! I have purchased everything Dr. Brown’s & this needs work. I really wanted to like this because it aesthetically looks good, has a simple user interface, and is a milk spa so it doesn’t diminish the quality of breast milk supposedly. The two major cons: despite having a preset setting of 2oz, I experienced a very inconsistent temperature when heating the same way, in a plastic bottle, from the fridge. The WORST is that putting water in this machine takes super strength and both hands! I honestly cannot believe they tested this and signed off on it knowing new parents would likely have a screaming, hungry baby in their arms. You literally need super Hulk strength and have to twist the base off with both hands. My athletic, 6’ 5”husband struggles to twist the base off with both hands! It’s literally laughable. Returning for those reasons - I’m trying Baby Brezza next.

I live in dubai where we have type G plug with 230 V. As soon as I pluged it in it turned off and did not work again. They should not selp it in UAE amazon if their product is not campatible with UAE voltage. Very disappointed

Very disappointing. Always appearing different errors and the water always coming out of the bottle warmer. Ended up buying a new one from a different brand.

I'm not sure how other warmers work but it sounded like they needed you to manually adjust water levels and that sounds horrible. As long as you top up the water every day or two this one just handles it for you. Takes only a few seconds to turn on once you are familiar with the controls. Yes, it can take a few minutes to warm a bottle from the fridge, it's not magic, but it works so well. I have had a few too warm or too cold bottles when I don't have a volume that matches one of the options, but you quickly learn when to pull it out a bit early. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve been using this bottle heater for about a month and a half and it’s extremely unreliable. Sometimes bottles are still cold, sometimes they’re scorching hot. Do NOT buy this bottle warmer, there are definitely better options out there.

Works OK. We use it with Dr. Brown bottles, the temperature is sometimes not high enough and needs a few more minutes. It started to randomly give water error after two months, despite that I cleaned it over and over again.
