Is this the full calibration kit and carrying case and hose, or just the 34L tank of calibration gas?

Nope, just the canister of gas. You get the testing kit (tubing) with the unit and you have to buy the valve separatley too.

What is the expiration date on these tanks?

Two years from the date of order. We certify them the day they leave. I hope that helps. They're kind of like food in that the fresher they are the better!

This is a full tank of gas and not just the cylinder correct?

Are the tanks refillable or disposable?

They are not refillable unless you have a certified vendor that will also do a hydrostatic test. Dispose at proper landfill or recycle site
