These tape dispensers are super cute and work with standard Scotch tape refills or washi tape 3/4" or narrower. They're lightweight and made of sturdy plastic that feels good in your hand. They're even better than regular/open dispensers because they don't leave the serrated metal tape-cutting edge hanging out to scratch your hands or other notebooks and supplies making them great for your pencil pouch, backpack, or craft bin. They also house the tape so it's not attracting any dust (or pet hair!) on the edges of the tape. The dispensers have an ergonomic shape and you can rotate the donut around your finger as you dispense tape. Great value, and super cute addition to your home office or craft station. If you like stationery, you'll love these as much as I do! What a great find!!

These are super cute. Cool kawaii pastel colors. I was going to order small washi tape to put inside but was pleasantly surprised when I was able to put a whole roll of the Scotch magic tape inside. So this cute little dispenser can handle up to a 1/2" wide tape however the blade cannot click closed since the new roll is so thick. Once the tape get used a bit more, I'm sure the blade can click closed.

Ok, y’all are probably smarter than me so maybe you figured this out, but I had to read reviews for the scotch brand version of this to learn….. You will love these if you cut the tape while the little white arm is open and up! Then you can tuck the sticky tape end in when you close the arm and it’s ready for next time. If you pull the tape out, close arm and the cut the tape with white arm down, then you have to fully open the thing and scrape the tape end off roll to get your next piece. Hope this saves you from giving up on these clever guys!

I wanted a portable tape dispenser for my daughter to take along with to speech meets to repair her visual aids if necessary.This looked promising until I realized that the standard scotch brand taped rolls don't fit inside. We had a partially used role, so I put one of those in. I then quickly realized that the case wouldn't stay shut.I returned them.If you have smaller tape rolls and just want to have it at your desk, I think they would work fine, but for any sort of portability, not so much.

The items are a nice color for aesthetic purposes. However it does not come with tape so you may have to pay extra to make full use of the product.

When you rip a piece of tape, it rolls back into the dispenser, and you have to disassemble it to discover the end of the tape EACH TIME.I only gave one star since the blade truly works- I never use this item and purchased a proper tape dispenser.

Really is hand and keeps the tape from sticking to the role.

My old round tape dispenser finally fell apart so was happy to find these. The tape stays in the dispenser until you open the "tear off" tab so nothing get stuck on exposed tape. Also easier to store in drawer because it doesn't take up as much room as a regular dispenser.
