EXCELLENT COMPUTER
EXCELLENT COMPUTER well packed, with power cord and wifi usb, all fully functional. Great value at a budget price!

Almost had a heart attack 😂
So I ordered this for desktop purposes to get work done and it seemed more than capable with the original specs as I knew I could upgrade the parts. Booted it up for the first time and absolutely nothing, the USB ports wouldn't work or anything. Finally got in and a majority of the drivers were out of date and no updates had been installed in 2 years. Anyway I got it up and working only took 4 hours for all the software stuff. Upgraded the ram, HDD to SSD, and applied new thermal paste and cleaned all the components. Overall it works like a charm now I would recommend this for intensive desktop work !!

Nothing perfect but it works!
One computer has serious boot issues, sort of fixed, but it needs to be fixed every so often. The same computer speakers don't work, but using headphone I still hear what I am listening too.However, there are no plans to ask for a return, replacements or any refunds. I plan on making this work, thank you! The second computer is in good shape.

DVD drive didn't work.
I was replacing an old Vista HP computer. Didn't realize there was no PS2 port for keyboard. Purchased an adaptor and that didn't work. Had to purchase a USB keyboard before I could proceed through the start up steps. DVD door wouldn't open for loading a program cd. Finally opened tray and loaded disk and computer did not recognize disk. Returned PC.
