So many brand to choose from here so i pick this brand like a pots luck because so good value and i can offer. I have had for nearly 2 year now, many speed to choose from, easy to used, just open swift, choose speed and go go go. used everyday 10mins or sometime 20 mins, yes 2-3 time sometime on weekend. still working very well, no fail, i can't find any problem, very please for my ordered. ** i didn't have time go to run or poor weather to go out about. yes i don't want pay for gym that to expensive for me. now with this machine all my legs, my bum, my tummy get to slim and i still eat same each day. yes help my breathe good too. it shame im buy them to late.

I had taken delivery of a more expensive machine and it was faulty on receipt. Amazon did refund me and it was returned. So, I ordered this Evoland vibration machine and it was a really good choice, wish I'd bought this in the first place. It was slightly reduced in price. It comes with two hand exercise attachment bands, a remote control. The instructions are a little difficult to understand on the "parameter" set up but its easy to just use manual + and - on the remote and the 10 programs are really good. The base unit vibrates very well and is very therapeutic. The only minor gripe is the top surface has lots of notches like reflexology spots and its a bit rough on the feet, but this can be solved with a sports sock or wearing trainers. It is a little narrower than the other unit I had. But if you want a basic toning and circulation improver, after only one week, I have noticed the difference. I suffer from occasional restless leg syndrome in the evenings, I get on this machine and after ten mins my right leg is back to normal. Also, it is toning my other leg muscles. My husband has very arthritic knees and he has been sitting using it whilst he is on the sofa, resting his legs while it vibrates and he was very pleased with the pain relief he got from it. I highly recommend it so far, I hope it carries on working for a long time!

I bought the product to replace regular swimming when my pool closed down. I hate sports and exercise in general and swimming was the least bad option for me to keep fit, now this isn't possible I decided to try a vibration plate as an alternative on the grounds that it doesn't require too much time and can be used prior to my morning shower routine. This model gets quite good reviews and isn't expensive (a worry in case I don't take to it). Firstly my gripes - the instruction book is very poorly written (the cross legged woman shown sitting on the machine must be the size of a two year old!) and it's not particularly user friendly so I'll look at YouTube videos instead, secondly the power cable is very short (I'll probably need an extension cable to use it where I want it) and plugging it into the machine I was disappointed to see the plastic casing move (I'd have hoped for more rigidity), thirdly it would have been a better design if the power cable plugged into the side or rear of the machine rather than the front so that it could be placed nearer to a wall. Otherwise I'm happy that it's reasonably good quality and value for money. As I need to work out some routines to use the machine to target specific body areas all I can say so far is that it certainly does something and affects the feet up to the lower chest and back, I don't think that it will do much for the upper body without lying down in press-up position, which I've yet to try. I'll comment further once I have used it more comprehensively. After using daily now for three weeks or so my honest opinion is that it's good for the feet, legs, buttocks and belly but not particularly good for the upper body due to the uncomfortable positions the user needs to assume to target these areas (I'll try the resistance belts next). The light panel is frankly really distracting in my opinion and not at all informative when standing looking down at it, far better would be a peep noise every minute to help users count off time to the end of the selected programme. The resistance bands are frankly useless and a trip hazard when not in use, I've now removed them and won't bother with them again. My opinion is that the machine is fine for a daily lower body workout with minimum fuss but isn't of much use for the upper body unless you are already fit and capable of getting into and holding the necessary positions.

Excellent value for money. Tried it as soon as it arrived. Exactly as described. Very easy to store, easy to use, not noisy. You can feel it working instantly in your legs and the benefit from it. The Bluetooth addition is fantastic - can work out and listen to music at the same time! Connected with no issues. Highly recommend!

It does what it should but after using it for about 5-6 times it started to be noisy.
