Excellent All Around Full Functioning Computer That's More Than Just An IPad
Fantastic Small Full featured computer! This little guy does it all! Depending on the processor this will tackle just about anything! It's obviously not a high powered super computer, but it runs at a moderate speed and is effective! If you want a tablet that's more than just a giant phone app runner, then this is it! Love it!

You will need a power adapter
I'm pleased with this refurbished Surface Go2 but for the battery. I've tried almost everything to make the battery last as long as described in the specs. With in a few hours the battery is dried up.

Renew MS Surface GO 2 many Issues
NO PRO's....ALL CONS:Windows/Setting/Display/Brightness - Set at 100% and Night Light Settings is OFFThe screen is only lite enough (75% - So the screen is VERY HARD to read because it is SO DARK), I have checked ALL settings, and UPDATES are complete, Can not use due to brightens level.Mouse, will not PAIR to Surface Go 2, I used this same mouse on my Surface GO (2019) model, works fine, I had a Tech ticket opened, the TECH would have gotten all "ZERO's" on the survey. Tech took 45 minutes to TRY and resolve.. A Blog on a Microsoft Surface forum site, said to HOLD the power button for 5 seconds and it would PAIR, it fixed it. BUT..BUT...I should not have to do that every time I power the Surface OFF/ON.Tech had NO Knowledge on fixing this, keep asking me to Change the Batteries, wanted the Serial number and model number, I advised me the URL on the Amazon site where I purchased the mouse..Tried to use the same Micro SD Card, 128 GB, in the new Surface GO 2, I pulled it from my Surface GO. The Surface GO 2 wanted to FORMAT it, Nope, I would mot do that.. That same Micro SD Card works in my Samsung/Android tablet.Tried to use a brand new SD Micro card (32GB) the Surface would not even try to FORMAT itThis Surface was NOT-NOT in a Windows 10 Home in S Mode, This makes a HUGH decision in returning this defective productDue to Medical issues, I have to have a BRIGHT SCREEN and a Mouse that will work, the touch screen function does not work either, My computer/Tech friend played with this for 2 hours.June21st, 2025 updateAmazon said I would have a refund today,,,Now they are stalling until July 1st,,Looks like they do not want to provide a refund, Amazon has had the Tablet in their Las Vegas location since June 13th..Very POOR SERVICE, once again, it looks like they do not want to refund it...Appears that I am going to file a CREDIT CARD DISPUTE with my card company..Hope VISA can help..
