Can't get the app for the label maker to work n it was too late to return by the time I started to try and use the device

I bought this specifically because it says that it is easy to use. It's not easy by any stretch of the imagination. I had to get someone to help me with it only to find out that it doesn't really work. The printing is patchy at best. Sometimes it doesn't work at all. I'm returning it

I bought this as a composing to my hamburger press, food sealer, tenderizer, and other time and money savers. When we shop, if there is a deal we buy extra, seal it, and this let's up add a nice label to the package. Recently we got bacon 15 dollars for 5 pounds. WE bought 15 pounds, repackaged to one pound, sealed and labeled. Saving vs $8 a pound = $75.Now, everything we put in the freezer is appropriately label, dated etc.There was a learning curve to get the label centered, but once you figure that out, it all becomes second nature. I recommend this printer, and will buy again when needed.

I’ve had this little printer over a year and I love it! I even found colored labels to use in it since it only prints in black & white. Highly recommend! Worth every penny!

I loved this thing! Until yesterday. I got it back in June. Was so easy to use. Worked wonderfully. Then, bam, yesterday out of nowhere, no Bluetooth in my home could find it or recognize it. It's own app couldn't find it. Now I'm screwed for the rest of my products.
