Here is my review after about 20 hours of flight.For the pros:Battery life has been consistently around 9-10 minutes, which is actually more than advertized; very pleased. Having 2 batteries is also a huge plus.Responsiveness to the controller is fantastic. Not as much on the app, but only a little lag, which is expected.Connecting to the app was super simple, just make sure to connect to the drone's wifi, and not the home wifi.For the cons:My only real complaint is the lag in first person view (fpv). If you are flying around the house, make sure you have plenty of room or you are going to run in to things if you are not paying attention unless you are a more advanced pilot.The only other complaint are the foldable arms. They "retract" very easily if you bump in to stuff. Just have to be careful i guess.Overall, I love this little drone. Very much worth the money and flys even better than my bigger, more expensive drone i bought a few years back.

We had the drone for 30 mins when it completely lost control - flew up about 100 ft and disappeared. Broke my sons heart*****followup*** I cannot say how much this company has done to make it up to us. Their customer service is amazing and I will forever buy from them.

This was my first time buying a drone. I have never tried flying one before. I was excited to try this, and features for price sounded good.There are alot of directions and many choices for how you pair drone with remote. Remote can be used alone or with moble phone. A moblie requires sign into wifi and data turned off. After pairing once you are done, until suggested battery removal after use. Calibration is required next and most be repeated after each crash. Then its time for lift. By throwing in air, button on remote or icon on mobile app.I tired lift button on app first while inside. Thinking drone would hover. But it flew straight at me into wall. All operation should be from behind tail, not in front of camera. Maybe my mistake. But very fast, so I headed outside into safer open space. I did not have acess to wifi for moblie app. So only turned on drone and remote then calibrated. Solid lights mean paired. So next i tired throw in air lift. Drone flew to ground like I threw it. Won't try that again. Another calibration and time to try speed button. This button was for faster, so another press back to fast. I also wanted to see if other was hover. The drone twisted into my hand like a weed wacker. So another calibration and I set drone on ground, for lift this go. Quickly the drone lifted to above trees behind me. I pushed remote knobs forward towards inner field ahead and went left into top of tree. Drone dipped to side as it hit tree top. Like it was being carried by wind. I believe the wind was too strong or gusty. Or I errored in pushing both right and left knobs forward together. Either way it cost me my drone. When I held return on own down I heard tree getting trimmed a bit, but could not see to steer it out. I do not know if there is a good drone for beginners, or drone piloting school is where I should have begun? Wish I could tell you, if you should buy this drone for Christmas, instead I know a tree is ready for Christmas

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I bought this drone because I wanted to get into taking photos from above for my hobby, however I didn't want to spend over a $100 to get a drone to learn and maybe crash it. So I stumbled across this one and let me tell you, this drone is easy to learn and fly its gets about 50 feet up in the air which is perfect for some photos. My main thing that really drawn me to it was the fact that it has a dedicated takeoff and land button that makes it so easy to get up and down. I only crashed it once (mainly because I was on top of a parking structure and the wind took it to the other end of the lot). Closing out, the drone even has an app that you can get on your phone and mount it to the controller to make it a bit easier to fly (or see where you're going) I'll def look into getting the bigger brother of this Drone in a few months. This drone is the best quality drone I have ever had and I didn’t even expect the drone to be this good! I recommend this drone for any beginner and youngster! I expected the drone to only be able to fly at the limit of my ceiling (9 feet), but once I flew it 40+ feet! The good thing is that I didn’t even push its limit! I also love the flip feature, when people are watching me flip the drone they think I am a pro. Even though the drone did it all!
