Doesn't work. Hopefully can get a full refund and not have to pay a ton to ship it back. Downloaded manual online and the back ports are completely different. It does not connect with a regular HDMI so I had to order a VGA to HDMI cable that got lost on the way so I had to order a second time to find out that doesn't work either. All monitors I have tried it on are not getting any input from the computer but it is powered on

Works as described. I was confused about the number of cores in the processor. In the description they say 4 but in other paperwork they say 2. I checked the system using Linux and it does have 4 cores, as advertised. Keyboard and mouse are not the best but I did not buy it for the keyboard and mouse.

I'm pleased that it works! However it said it included wifi and mine does not. I tried everything and I looked everywhere. Wireless connect isn't even an option. I feel somewhat ripped off

At the top of page it says quad core i3 processor, however Intels i3 processors are only dual core.

Do NOT waste your money on these or this company. Bought a bunch for a nonprofit organization that was on a tight budget and they all came scratched, dented, and in terrible condition (I knew it was refurbished but come on, these were HORRIBLE conditions). Hasn't even been a year and 4 of them completely stopped working. Customer service is absolutely no help. Response was a week later with a simple “out of return date.” All of them were set up and connected but one of them wasn’t even used yet, staff reported that it wont even turn on. Absolutely infuriating with the abysmal product and even worse customer service. What a rip off.Update: 1 year in and 3 more computers down.
