Omg it's brilliant!Quieter than our previous unit (different make) the swing option means the hot air near the ceilings is cooled quicker and quietly even on low speed. Both my son and myself can sleep thru the slight humming it makes. It comes with a short section of hosing to empty the water out which is excellent and makes it much easier to do. The window/door hose is a much nicer construction instead of those awful thin plastic hoses that break or don't fit the machine it comes with.. the window fitment thing, sooo much easier to fit our windows - we've never managed before to fit any of the previous one's - we just sawed off the extra length we didn't need and used the clips to tighten everything together so it doesn't fall out of the window opening.All in all, worth every penny and does "what it says on the box" 😊

After turning it on it takes a few minutes for the compressor to kick on, but once it does it gets chilly!The unit is quite loud but, it outputs very cold air.You can easily have a conversation while the unit is running.A choice of different window fitting would be nice as I had to buy a third party one to accomate my window type.It is quite heavy and large but the casters on the bottom make it easy to move around.It has a very stylish design and looks very goodThe exhaust hose is very good quality and foldable for easy storage!Overall it is a great air conditioner for the money and We're happy with it!5☆ would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about buying

Have only used it for one day so far, it definitely cools a room quickly and have a lot of power however, the reviews about the volume being loud are right! It’s incredibly loud! It’s easy to use and hopefully with the timer setting I can avoid trying to sleep with it on and sounding like a jet engine! It’s quite heavy but the way it was packaged allowed me to set it up easily I did expect it to be smaller but it’s not so large that it’s inconvenient. I do wish the hose was longer as I can’t really move it more than 2ft from the window and I wish you could select your window type as the sealing plate is incompatible for all of my windows

It is extremely noisy. Not possible to work or watch a movie when the AC is on. I had to return it

Fantastic cooling on the Aircondition modeFan mode very powerful but just a little noisy but would still highly recommend this unit as a good investment for the summer months

Best aircon unit for the price have used for two years now and works brilliant.

It cools my bedroom quickly. I'm very happy with this cooler.
