Origninal reivew which gave them jsut one star: This should be 4 or even 5 stars. Connecting this headset to both my phone and Kindle was easy as can be. The headphones worked well – the sound was clear, and it was easy to control the volume. I enjoyed using it while I walked my dog, listening to either music or a podcast. After not using them for about 3 days, I was all set to go for a walk and use the headphones. I could not get it to connect to my phone. My first thought was that they simply needed to be recharged, which I did using the cord that came with the headphones. Still could not get them to work. I followed the reset instructions, charged using a different cord, did troubleshooting (the best I could), I called to try to get technical help. Nothing worked. I was unable to get the headset to work, and this was after having had them for just a little over 3 weeks. I was actually sad to return them, as I did really like them. The only negative was that the line that goes behind your head had extra space — I would have preferred it to actually fit more snuggly to the back of my head as I felt they would feel a bit more secure. (You can see the space in some of the product pictures.) But ultimately, they did not work, so I had to return them.UPDATE: 5 Stars I would give them more if I could.After I posted the above review, the company contacted me. I am happy they did; I have never had such GREAT customer service. They replaced the headphones after giving my some choices of different styles. I opted for the same type I had before and I do not regret it. Smetimes I feel it is becoming hard to find truly good customer service, but theris really was exceptional. If you are looking for hadpjones, try these -- you won't regret it.

I purchased these headsets, curious on how they actually work. I have a hard time poking ear buds in my ear as it becomes uncomfortable after a while or they pop out. This seemed worth a try. I am surprised at how good it sounds yet I can still hear what's going on around me. At work or walking my dog. You can feel the bass vibrate against your upper jaw which seemed strange at first but I don't even notice it anymore. I've had these for a month now. They last all day, easily 8 hrs but they do take a long time to charge. At least 6 hours but the price is worth it, and honestly, you don't need to be plugged in all day either. Im buying a second pair for a gift.

This headset was easy to pair and set up with my iPhone. It’s really a 3 star product but I gave it an extra star because you cannot beat the price. It has decent battery life, I’ve been on 4 one hour runs with it and haven’t had to charge yet which is a plus. I have had Beats Pro buds, air pod generation 1,2 and all of them are much better sound quality but I don’t like running with them in for fear of getting ran over by a car even when the buds are in transparency mode. This headset beats that feature any day. The limit of this headset comes with sound intensity, past about 50% volume output the sound is coming more from the speaker to my ear canal through the air instead of conducting through the skull. I’ve used the $160 version of bone conduction headsets and they manage this much better. The expensive ones were also more comfortable but I’m a sucker for a good deal so I’ll stick with these for now, they serve the safety purpose well and fit decently enough. I wish they hugged the back of my head better, I feel like some sort of an adjusting band would make these a true 4 star product and they can fix the sound leaking to the air and they’ve easily got a 5 star product. I recommend them for running for sure, they don’t fall out like buds.

These things have been great. They have a built in microphone, and with that, I use them for office video conf calls on Teams. They are pretty tough built, easy to connect to - just be sure not to have another bluetooth device turned on that you have paired with, or it can drop your connection. I love it, and have recommended to several people including my son who did purchase a pair.I will say, dont try to wear them constantly, you do need to take breaks from them, and when you first start wearing them, it does take a little getting use to, but i do love them. great value!
