So far very impressed
Excellent price, high capacity, delivered in two days. Solid selection of cycles. Integrates with smart home.Automatically adjusts cycle time depending on load size. A full 10.5kg of sheets does take 4 hrs (It's a lot of washing!) but most washes are 1-2hrs max and there are quicker cycles if you wish.---Update two weeks later - washing is noticeably cleaner than 2018 candy and cycles are mostly much faster.

Good Deal
I opted for LG washing machine the International version instead of the Egypt-made and got it at a very good rate. The machine is working perfectly and used moderately (5-person family with 3 kids). Good deal!

Awful
First I receive the machine with European plug. Everything time I have the spinning cycle it move all over and make an awful sound first time opener and used it since I bought it and does not work of course I cannot returned it because I bought it long time ago, I am very disappointed about this machine

جدا ممتازه ..قبل أي تقييم سلبي يجب اتباع تعليمات الاستخدام مثل مكان و مساحة استخدام الغساله والتثبيت الجيد وفك البراغي الاربع خلف الغساله..يفضل شراء قطعة تثبيت للأرجللوحة برامج الغسيل سهله لكن بالانجليزي لايوجد عربي..حتى كابل توصيل الكهرباء اوروبي لكن سهل استبداله.. الغساله اصدار عالمي وليست للشرق الأوسط بس اصليه وعليها ضمان وملصق الجوده القياسيه أيضا .

Came with the wrong power Cable.
I have no doubt LG Washing Machines capabilities.However, this one came non UAE standard power cable.And without installation!

Every ai cycle 3hrs+ and gap in front glass
Every ai cycle takes 3hrs or moreSome even 8 hrsIt suppose to support baby clothes washing as it has option for baby careBut the glass door has such big gap between thr rim and the glass curve all small baby clothing get stuck therr and not getting washed
