Heavy Duty Poultry Shears - Kitchen Scissors for Cutting Chicken, Poultry, Game, and Meat

My husband used them for the first time today, made his job much easier...thank you for a top notch product.

We used similar ones from Gerior at friends to crack and cut crab shells and they worked great. We were so impressed that we bought several pair of those (it is a pain to pass around pair of shears when four people are eating crab) and then bought these, too. By all indications, they are well made, strong, and sharp -- easy to use.

These are great! I have large fingers and where I had issues with other shears, I have no problem using these and they deliver a powerful and sharp cut. The bottle top opener could a little more of a hook to it to make it more effective but it does work. Since you can't separate the blades, the first thing I did was to coat the hinge with olive oil to minimize any potential rusting after washing. Overall though, I love'em!

I bought these to spatchcock my Thanksgiving turkey and they worked perfectly, made the job so much easier than using a knife!

I bought one of these and liked it very much. About a week later I decided to buy another one. The second one did not look like the picture - the handle changed shape and the spring was in a different (inferior in my opinion) position. I emailed the supplier - no response.
