I bought this Galaxy A13 5G as a backup phone and I’ve been pleasantly surprised. It works well with my AT&T SIM card and the 5G connection is fast. The screen is large and clear, perfect for watching videos or browsing the web. The triple camera setup takes decent photos for a phone in this price range.Battery life is impressive it easily lasts all day with regular use. The 64GB storage is good enough, and I like that you can expand it with a microSD card. Since it’s a renewed phone, I expected some wear, but mine looked almost brand new.Overall, it’s a reliable and affordable smartphone. Great value for the price!

My above rating isn't really fair. This is the second of these phones that we purchased. The first phone worked great. It arrived, I popped the SIM card in, and no problem. Last night, I received the second phone, and it was still locked for Verizon (I have AT&T). After spending some time with service, I gave up and am returning the phone. To be fair, I went ahead and ordered another one--hopefully it works like the first. I know that these things happen, but if the seller is going to sell an unlocked phone, they really need to make sure that it is unlocked before sending it out. I was also frustrated that the Amazon service department had no idea how to help me or put me in direct contact with the seller.Updated: So I ordered a second phone, thinking the first one was a fluke. This time, the phone wouldn't even recognize a sim card. After several hours of trouble-shooting, I kept getting reports that "this is not a phone." It's IMEI number did not register. I figured I was doing something wrong, so I took it into AT&T (my service provider) to see what I was doing wrong. I was told that this phone did not have an IMEI number. I was told that it very likely had been a display model which had been stolen from a store. I'm done.
