Invisible roller is missing.
Today I received Semi Automatic Samsung Washing Machine. I have checked all visible parts such as inlet, outlet pipes, elec 3 Pin plug, Lids, safety spin cover etc. when the delivery agent gave it. While installing now at 8PM only, I found the front right side roller coaster is missing, so the WM tilting on the right side. So drain water will not get drained properly on back left side. I am sure Delivery Agent Mani Ratnam who took it out and kept on the floor, would have known it is tilting but he didn't reveal it. Please send this missing part roller coaster immediately. There is no invoice from the dealer inside the packing. How to register this WM with Samsung?

Product does what it is supposed to. One star less since one wheel was damaged.
Product does what it is suppose to. One star less since one wheel was damaged, couldnt return or replace since i had to travel out. Amazon should ensure seller is penalized for this :-).It shakes a lot while using dryer, not sure if its due to missing wheel (i had to keep something inplace of wheel for alignment). Dyer is excellent, much better than fully automatic machines as space is less so spins are fast.PS - Initially the water was flowing to both washer and dryer area, i thought it was a damage in product but you need to switch one button to left which is there inside the washer - no mention of this in booklet.
