I'm very pleased with this. The picture is superb, the sound is good or possibly a bit better than that, and the controls are simple and easy to use. I make little or no use of most of the smart features so I can't really comment on those (hence the "average" rating), but I'm absolutely satisfied with the performance of everything I've used so far. My only quibble is that turning the subtitles on and off involves more than just pressing a button – you have to press a button to open a menu, use the arrow keys to move to the right option, select the option, move to the Close option, and then select that. It's a bit of a faff. But apart from that – great! It handles the feed from my old DVD player very well, too.The TV comes with two remotes. One is the usual format, with a plethora of buttons. The other has fewer buttons but is more complicated to use and I haven't really got the hang of it yet. As well as ordinary batteries, it has a solar-charged battery which may in the future prove an advantage.

What an excellent tv the picture is so sharp and impressive sound really happy with it

Clear picture, especially on HD. Easy to use remote control. Reasonable sound quality for a small TV. Just right as our kitchen TV has to be small.

Beautiful picture sound is great. Really impressed. The only down side is the picture is that good I can see how bad the acting is now. I would highly recommend this Tv I love it.

This TV is perfect for my space and for the resolution at 4K the pixel density makes for a crisp smoth picture and I have had no problems at all.

While this initially appears to be a beautiful TV with fantastic features and picture. It becomes totally unusable as soon as you want to watch HDR content, e.g Netflix own shows etc. the picture is so dark you can’t see anything. It appears to be a known issue, I changed all the setting as I really wanted this TV to work. I tried with Apple TV etc and as soon as HDR it’s too dark.It appears to be related to HDR content only, it could be that this is not a UHD Tv is is only HD. I had to return this TV and got another Samsung which was UHD, and the picture works with Netflix etc. on that one.

I have always had a Samsung tv and I just bought this one as my old Samsung had burn marks (I have had it for nine years) and I am made up with it I will keep it simple, everything on it is brilliant.
