Amazon Basics Linen Style Bathroom Shower Curtain - Taupe, 72 Inch

I was really on the fence about ordering these because the reviews seem to be all over the place. Very glad that I went ahead and took a chance. The shower curtain looks fantastic in my bathroom. It adds an elegant flair. It is a bit wrinkled but I am sure the steam from the shower will take that out eventually. There were a few loose threads hanging on the ends at either end of the curtain & I snipped them off with a pair of scissors. Aside from that they seem to be quite well made. The material is polyester but it looks like cotton. Love it!

I just recd this today and have already put it up. It is a true taupe, therefore matches the decor. The curtain is very heavy, and seems of excellent quality. Even the stitching where it hangs on the curtain rings, is of quality, you cannot see the "hole" unless you are looking for it. Makes a nice snug fit against the rings. I have a couple of the waffle weave, and those are fine as well, but they didn't have the color I wanted. This is much better quality than what I have purchased previously. If you are looking for a lightweight, 'filmy' type of decor curtain, this is NOT it.

I got the rainbow pom-pom version of this shower curtain, hemmed it, sewed a quick pocket sleeve along the top, inserted a slim tension rod, and used it as a curtain over our laundry area. It is EXTREMELY cute!! It’s made of microfiber, so while it’s easy to clean, the major downside is that it is a huge magnet for dust and pet fur. However, I periodically put it in the dryer on no heat (just air dry) with some dryer balls, and that shakes all the dust/fur off.

First the negative: It doesn't hang as straight as I'd like. The bottom corners turn in. Weighting them down for awhile might help. The positives: The fabric is wonderful. I bought this for a laundry room doorway. I chose the taupe color and it matches the brownish-gray cabinets and taupe walls perfectly. It has a nice woven linen feel and look. Some complained it didn't let enough light through. It isn't meant to. It is a thick curtain. It does not completely block the light, however. Some complained that it got wet. It is a fabric curtain, but it does repel water. I wet mine in the laundry sink to tumble-dry the creases out and I had to submerge and swish to get it completely wet. It does not stay as dry as a typical poly-blend fabric. If using it for a shower, I would add a liner. I read one review where they couldn't iron the wrinkles out. Mine came out of the dryer looking great. The shipping creases were totally gone. No excessive dye! When I soaked this curtain in my laundry tub, the water remained clear. No need to worry about it bleeding onto other fabrics in the future. I would recommend this product.

I knew this looked like decent quality from the listing, but you never know. As soon as I opened it I knew I made the right choice. This is a beautiful curtain. It has some heft to it-very good quality fabric and pretty thick. I steamed it and it drapes beautifully. I really feel that this shower curtain looks and feels like it came from a high end department store. The taupe is a true taupe-not too gray, not too brown. I am very pleased with my choice.

So detailed and easily to clean! Great for my kids bathroom!

Looks great for a time, but gets cruddy with soap after a few months. Inner liner helps but doesn't get the bottom of the curtain.
