Good performance with storage as described and clean of malware

I am so glad a friend of mine told me about this double-sided flash drive. My main reason for purchasing was because I have so many videos, photos and songs on my phone that I needed to free up space. I was tired of having to plug my phone up to a PC or laptop to transfer files. This is SO much simpler and holds an enormous amount of data. Well worth the price!

Purchased and would not work in my new Silverado. However, works in other vehicles.

I have a bit of a problem hoarding pictures on my phone. I have about 18,000 right now and needed to clear up some space. I bought this the other day and was able to transfer nearly a thousand in a few minutes (not including organizing the pictures into albums). (Samsung User) You'll need to navigate the transfer through the files app. Simply make an album and select all and "Move," to get files onto the drive. I also tried this on my laptop, and the transfer was just as easy there. So far, transferring videos, pictures, and all of my school documents, I've only used 5 out of the 128 G. Would definitely recommend. Just look up steps on google if you have any problems navigating. It took me a second to learn, but now I could do it again in 5 minutes.

Functionally the product works well. Connects to computer and phone without issues. Speed isgood forapocket USB drive. Aftter about a month the dive litterally started falling out of the housing. The silicone sealant holding the ends of the housing together completely failed. Now to use it you have to hold everything together when removing it from the computer or phone. or taking the connector caps off to use it. I will have to glue it backtogether at some point with a better quality glue.But I am occasionally still using it at this point. I don't know why anyone would use silicone to glue something together it's notorious for failing to get adhesion on non-porous surfaces which is what plastic is. So what could have been a4 or five star rating is a 3 and probably deserves less.

I mainly got this because it has both normal USB and USB type C connections. I like that I can get work done on my phone or a computer and save it to the drive instead of having to worry about sending it somewhere. The drive lights up red when a process is in action. The plastic hole to connect a Keychain or lanyard is super tiny and just thin plastic that I'm sure will break over time. I wish that loop was better but other than that I like this and think it's a good value. Also nice it has the covers but I could see them falling off/being lost over time. Edit: I still really like it but as I'd guessed, the little plastic connector ring broke (it took a month & a half). So now I just have to store it in a pocket or something because there's no way to connect it to anything. Kind of a bummer but saw that one coming. It's still a great flash drive though and has been convenient for me. Would still recommend but if being able to connect it to a lanyard or keychain is important to you....well that's not a lasting trait. Also, I wanted to mention because I'm getting a lot of Amazon's "Can you answer this customer's question?" emails about this item....if your phone has a USB-C port then yes it can be used with your phone. I have a Galaxy S22+ that I use it with regularly and have also connected it to an S10e and an A10e without any issues.
