Light is fine, remote is not - UPDATE#1
Light works fine but the remote screen went out in about 24 hours after turning it on. Customer service wanted me to send them a picture, check the batteries and read the instruction manual which incidentally has no information regarding the remote control. Didn't bother sending a picture as it isn't worth my time to deal with a company that won't replace a faulty remote. I asked for a new remote, not to replace the entire light. Even though the screen is out which means some of the functionality is lost because I can't set the custom timer or check humidity/temp levels, the lamp still appears to work. I probably will purchase a different product next time. UPDATE#1: This seller has reached out in effort to rectify the faulty product situation and is currently shipping me a replacement setup. I appreciate that they care enough about customer satisfaction to work with me on a solution that makes me happy and I plan on providing another update on the replacement product when I receive it and operate it. I realize that sometimes, once in a while, products can malfunction for a variety of reasons. Had the seller not attempted to fix this I would have just moved on to another product but I don't want to give a bad review on something that may have been just a random glitch on an otherwise good product. Thanks WELKEY for working hard to make it right. Excellent seller! I will post the final update on the product once received and I have run it for a week or so.

Not a good choice. Zero customer support.
The light output is great with this light. The timer on the other hand is not. The remote will not work properly and without it the light is pretty much useless. I will return this as soon as I have a new light as it's in use. Why make a light you cant use without the remote? Customer support contacted me and said they would work with me.....that's the last time I heard from them. DON'T BUY!

WOW - What A Light!
I have tried many grow lights with two or three arms that you have to clip on the side of the pot. I thought they were good, but this light makes those look like a child's toy. This light makes the whole room look as bright as the beach in July. My plants were beginning to suffer from not having enough light until I put up this unit. It is not huge, but the 600 watts of LED lights make them think they are in Florida. And it isn't just the light that you get, the manufacturer thought of everything. It comes with a hanging assembly that can be adjusted for the light to be up high or all the way to the floor if that's what you want. They also include a full service remote that you can use to manually turn it on and off, reset the timer (it has three different options in case you want your plants to be able to snooze a little longer) and it even gives you information on the temperature in the room, the humidity level, and it allows you to change the different lights for your needs. All that is right on the remote so you have everything you could want right there at your fingertips. Plus the remote is configured in such a way that it is simple to use. Yes indeed, I have discovered the grow light of my dreams and now I am spoiled. Anyone who grows plants in the winter should get one of these grow lights. You will be amazed at the difference it makes in your plants. I absolutely love mine...I am sure you will feel the same.

Timer is not reliable? Still to be determined.
I purchased a Welkey unit and was initially pleased enough after two weeks of flawless performance that I decided to buy a second one . However, after a third week, I am now not so certain of their reliability. I was able to easily pair the two units together to be on the same program, and all seemed to be going well. I have my light schedule set to run 18 hours on/6 hours off. One of the things I do not like about these units is that they can't tell time, so I assume that you have to turn the power on at the beginning of your light cycle so that they can then run the programmed schedule from that point on. I turned the units on at 6am when I set the schedule, so they should be ON until midnight, and then turn OFF from midnight until 6am. When I checked the units this morning a little after 6am, they were both on, and all was good. However, I just checked again at about 4pm, and they were both OFF. My poor little plants were sitting in the dark for I don't know how long, when they should have been getting nice and fat on the VEG lights, with another 8 hours of light still on the schedule. The temperature on the remote is showing as 70 F, so they did not overheat. The humidity is at 46%, so that should not be a factor either. I've been home all day, and know that there were no power interruptions. So, it would appear that the schedule failed for no obvious reason. I have temporarily put the units on a 24 hour ON cycle, and will have to manually turn the units off tonight. Tomorrow morning I'll have to put the timer back to the 18/6 schedule and turn the units back on. I'll monitor them as closely as possible, but since I have a day job, I can only do so much. Oh, one other thing I dislike about the design is that the only readout you get is on the remote, which has no indicator to tell you if the unit is on, or off. So you have to physically go to the light to see the working status. Other than those negative points, I have really liked the lights. I did buy a second one, after all.

You get what you pay for.
After a year the light is still working just fine. There is no way to dim the light, the timer is only automatic, based on what? I'm unsure. It's easy to control otherwise, the temperature feature only works if you have the remote in the area you're trying to read. The grow bag is a 1 gal not a 3 gal but it's a good starter.

Great quality product!!! A+++
Bought it for my wifeโs growing tent and the most point was those the inbuilt thermostat and remote control, so I donโt need to go out side my house all the time and check it out that much. Everything works perfect!

This plant lamp that buys recently cannot help wanting to recommend
This plant lamp that buys recently cannot help wanting to recommend. Because it my plants are going to sprout now. Now we have no sunlight in the winter so I just put it under the basement and it shines like sunshine every day. Summer will come after the plants have sprouted. I can move the germinating plants into the soil. Iโm so excited
