This is probably the best oatmeal out there.
Yeah, it takes longer to cook, but it also has texture and flavor. If you want a bland and flavorless paste you can eat with a straw, this is not for you. I cook it with a pat of butter and walnuts, and it's one of our mainstays for breakfast. It's the same old story: Good takes a long time, and bad happens fast. Don't get bad. This is the real deal.
