Cheese Knife Set Monaco+ - 3 Non-Stick Cheese Knives

on impulse, I bought a couple of Boska cheese knives at a local upscale market, and was really impressed with how well they fulfilled their intended purpose - to slice cheese effectively. The sharpness of the blade, and the external non-stick texture of the knife, made slicing cheese of any variety a perfect experience. I don't know a lot about cheese, but I do know something about knives, and these are superbly engineered for their intended purpose. I was so impressed with the knives that I bought a set as a gift for some friends. These were not your ordinary over-the-fence friends; they're from the Netherlands, and really love their cheese. They'd never heard of this brand, but after using the knives for a little while they can't stop raving about how perfectly the knives slice the cheese without sticking or crushing, are easy to clean, and keep their edge. (Note: I found the knives to be not super sharp, but just about right to slice through packaging and labels without being too fragile as to require frequent sharpening. Also, the 100% stainless knife just drops into the dishwasher for cleaning, which appeals hugely to my fundamentally lazy nature.) After a year, I still love my original purchase, and my sophisticated friends couldn't be happier with these knives - A+++!

These are amazing. A set of three cheese knives, one for soft one for medium and one for hard cheese. They have holes in the blades so that the cheese doesn’t stick to the blades. They are perfectly balanced in the hand, and so attractive for entertaining.

We entertain a lot and do cheese and charcuterie boards. Tired of the cheap tools that come with cheese boards and decided to go for a nice set. These are really nice. Easy to clean and I like that they don’t have wooden handles.

So far, I have only used the soft cheese knife. They are strongly constructed, the handles have a very nice feel. The brie does not get stuck on the blade and the knife is very comfortable to use. I am very happy with the knives and I feel I got the quality I paid for.

Absolutely happy with this purchase!! The knives all have a nice weight to them. They are also very sturdy. We are very pleased with this purchase and hope they last many years to come.

I did not know that there were knives for different cheeses. I am really amazed how well each knife cuts the cheese that they were designed for.

The knives are beautiful and extremely sharp. My complaint would be in the packing. Very little packing material to the point that the knives had all come out of the product box and were loose in the larger packing container. Probably just good luck that there was no apparent damage to the blades.

Wonderful design and quality. So happy I decided to get the fancier set. Came extremely sharp, look great and are extremely functional.
