One of the best cod liver oil
This is one of the best cod liver oils. I can feel the difference in my energy level, skin and health when I don’t have it for a few months. It has helped with acne too during perimenopause and post menopause. I prefer the liquid though the capsules allow me to bypass the taste . This is because I can adjust the dosage with liquid. I have one teaspoon after lunch followed by a tbsp of coconut oil. A bottle lasts for quite a few months. I refrigerate it.

Good improvent for my child
Very good CLO. I have used two bottles till now for my autistic child. After using this, i saw good changes. Eye contact improved. Brain functioning improved. He is playing very well with other children.
