Can it remove sap from a Trex deck and metal furniture?

No. You need something like Goo be Gone. Charlies the is the best dirt cleaner for clothes cleaning however. The only one that we use. All natural and gentle.

Is this product ph neutral? Will it harm cultured marble?

I do not know the answer to this particular question but I have called this company with other questions and they have always been very helpful!

The bottle does not indicate that it kills bacteria and germs. It’s a great product though! I use it on everything!

Can it be used in the washing machine?

There is a Charlie's product specifically for washing machines. I've used this to mop floors, and I have to rinse the floors several times to remove all the soap.
