This shampoo is by far the very best shampoo I've ever used. It's nothing short of amazing and I urge all who are browsing and researching shampoos to give this one a tryout. This shampoo is my new everyday shampoo and will remain so. The first thing I noticed is the fact that it has a very light, mint-like scent. I use around a quarter sized amount as it lathers up nice yet the lather is not super thick like most lower quality, less expensive shampoos. More on that later. I had terrible sebum build up on my scalp and decided to give this one a try after researching the most effective shampoos to remedy that situation and additionally, after all the positive reviews I read in Amazon I definitely needed to give this one a shot. I'm glad I did! After my very first wash with this shampoo my hair had more lift, volume, fullness and moisture than it's had in years! My scalp feels healed and that sebum is completely gone. I wash my hair daily with Biolage and as a matter of fact I'm seeing way less hairs in my brush. The key factor here is the natural botanicals and cotton bloom technology that allows your hair to actually "blossom" and look its very fullest and absolute best. My scalp feels great too. Regarding the lather factor as noted above, this shampoo does not produce a ton of lather and this is a key point regarding why this shampoo is among the very best on the market, if not the best: Biolage doesn't have all those harsh chemicals, detergents and fragrances common in lower priced shampoos. I've been using it for a week now and always see way less soapy buildup in the bathtub after my shower. The shampoo residue going down the drain is actually very, very thin. This again is because it doesn't have all those useless additives. Only quality ingredients here. This shampoo is the equivalent of a hair and scalp therapy workout every time you shampoo. It seems a bit pricey however you get what you pay for when it comes to salon-quality shampoo yet it gets even better as the manufacturer offers a discount coupon at checkout here in Amazon for close to six dollars, lowering the price to just under twenty dollars. Even without the discount coupon though I'll repurchase this shampoo on a regular basis. It's that good. The fullness, lift, volume and moisture that this shampoo produces is honestly amazing. It literally is hair/scalp therapy. I plan on trying all the Biolage hair care products to maintain the very best looking, healthiest hair and scalp possible. This unique shampoo is miraculous and I cannot recommend it enough. It's awesome!

This product really works. I have long, curly, thin hair. This shampoo gives my hair a lot of volume without leaving it oily. My oily scalp is very clean but not dry. My hair is super soft and holds the volume all day. It smells so good too. The bottle is a nice size and shape. It fits perfect in my shower. I will be buying this from now on.

Love the shampoo and conditioner. Fast and packaged well . When opened shampoo it was not completely full . About a third of it was empty. Noticed when opened conditioner which was definitely full and could tell when I seen it to the top. Not bothering returning because it would be inconvenient .. disappointed. Not sure if I would purchase from this seller again but would be A shame.. love if selller to contact me .,

I have been using this shampoo and conditioner for years now and I keep buying it for good reason! I have fine hair, this product doesn’t make my hair feel heavy or flat. I once tried to save money by using a Kirkland shampoo and almost instantly, some postpartum hair loss monster showed up! Switched back to this product and my hair was safe. I’m convinced this is what kept my hair healthy enough to avoid postpartum hair loss after my first baby.

I absolutely love this product line. I have fine, “mature” hair, and this shampoo & conditioner leaves my hair shiny, healthy & full. And you only need a tiny amount. So since I’ve purchased the 33.8 oz size, I won’t have to buy a refill for a very long time! Believe me, it’s worth every penny.

I saw this product in media somewhere and I was so intrigued, I bought it (which was great, since it was discounted when I purchased it). I have thinning, aging, fine hair (hair condition) and really stubborn seb derm (never-ending scalp woes). I am a sworn fan of Biosilk products that do an excellent job of softening texture, increasing manageability, and adding glossy shine. I sometimes have to use caustic scalp shampoos or pre-treatments for seb derm, which often sadly don't work well (none of them) and I have cost myself tons of hair just trying to fix my scalp aggressively. I only bought the Biolage Volumizing Shampoo (nothing else), and upon first use, wow! -- this stuff is great! I washed my hair as usual, noting the shampoo looks much like conditioner, but don't be fooled, it lathers up very well without too much. The scent is herbal with a predominant minty note; the fragrance did not stick around on my hair and was more like an aromatherapy bonus in-shower. I air-dried my hair as usual post-shower, flipping it around in the process to fluff hairs up around the roots in different directions, and the results were great! I had defined layers without any crunchiness at all, I did not lose an eyebrow-raising amount of hair in the shower, and the end look was soft, bouncy, and healthy with no styling products other than my usual Biolsilk serum. I will repurchase this shampoo again, probably in a long time because the generous size will last me a long time as a shampoo-rotater.
