Cheaply made
The light box works fine, lights up like it should. Only problem is with the back battery cover, constantly falls off So cheaply made.

Bad build quality and missing items
Arrived broken with missing items. No remote control and no letters - makes it hard to add a message. The LEDs inside were not glued down (see picture). Complained and finally got a replacement sent (they originally wanted me to post it back at my own cost - I don't think so). The replacement contained all the items missed from the first one, but the LEDs were not attached again. The front cover was also loose so I took advantage and hot glued the LEDs back down. Seems to work OK now. Would not recommend.

Looks amazing even when not lit up. Needs a lot of batteries (6) and they are a bit difficult to put in. Needs a bit more characters I think, but it's great value.
