A high quality oil
I'm very happy with my purchase of the high oleic safflower oil. The things that were important to me: It's high oleic (better for you than traditional linoleic oil); it's expeller pressed; and it's kosher. If this company made an organic version, I would certainly buy it.

Great tasting and great value
I use this in everything I cook, even to make my salad dressings. Since switching to this, I’ve lost 8 lbs in a month. Flavor is subtle but fresh. Since it came in such a large bottle, which is fantastic, I pour it into a smaller bottle to make it easier. Container came well packaged with no leaks. I will continue to buy.

Great high temperature healthy cooking oil
Great way too fry and stay healthy. I checked a lot of cooking oil and I think this one is a great value and great taste.

All-purpose & healthful
This is a preferred kitchen oil, and the availability of this gallon-size product is ideal. It's very low in both saturated and polyunsaturated fats. It doesn't have an odor, and the smoke-point is fairly high, so it can be used for multiple purposes such as baking or frying. It is an expeller-pressed oil and has natural vitamin E. I've purchased it twice now, and both times it arrived safe and sound.

excellent oil
I use the oil for massage. It is an excellent product. I ordered the gallon because it is a better value. The bottle arrived damaged & coated in oil. Once I put it into another container it was great. I probably won't order this size again, due to the damage in shipping, but I will definitely use this oil

Safflower oil is the healthiest of all oils
Why doesn't everyone know that safflower oil is the healthiest choice of oils? Saffola used to be sold in grocery stores but no more. Lou Ana had a safflower oil product but not available anymore. Why not? Olive oil isn't as healthy an oil but available everywhere. Olive oil is too greasy for me, safflower is much lighter and much more versatile. Can use it for anything. Has greatest amount of monounsaturated oil (the good fat). I was buying it at $2.98 for 24 ounces but now have to pay about $6.95 per quart. This product is the least expensive of every other option I can find. Thank you to the company selling it!
