I decided to buy my own rockwool and seeds to save a ton of money on gardyn prices. These fit really well into the frame for the pods- might have to squish them in there but the size is perfect. Everything sprout as expected in them. So far nothing is behaving differently from the norm. In which case o definitely recommend them. I’ll edit this if anything changes.

We grow our own Marijuana and have had issues with popping seeds in the past. Wasn't sure I'd this would work but was amazed at how easy these are to use. We used 5 seeds and all of them popped around the same time or within 2 days of each other. We had no issues to wear We had to use a razor to help the seed open or no problems with the pods not popping correctly. Easy as plant, water and transfer. Safest and quickest way to start our plants. GREAT PRODUCT and will definitely be buying more.

I have successfully sprouted several seedlings using these rockwool cubes. I am just getting into gardening and did not know that the pH has to be adjusted before using these. That was not a big deal and they work just fine. One of the cubes broke in half after soaking in a low pH solution but other than that, no complaints!

I bought these to replace the rockwool inside my garden system inserts that go into the Ycubes. I wanted to try growing some bulk order seeds for bush green beans as a cost effective option. These worked perfectly, I had to squeeze some to shove it in, and it is not at risk of sliding out. I am only day two into germination, no sprouts yet but I’m optimistic these will be just like the name brand for my Gardyn system.

In this unstable economy we are facing, many senior citizens are turning to marijuana for pain management. I am one of those, but, your product is awesome I think?? I only say that because being over 60 and trying to learn how to grow anything is a miracle for me. I didn't have a clue how to use it and only wish they came with "made for a 5 year old" directions. I do not recommend these. They are loosely wound and hold too much water. I’ve used rockwool cubes before, and the fibers should not be this loose. There’s no integrity to these cubes. When I’m handling them, they feel like they’re about to fall apart in my hands. I’m having a hell of a time germinating anything in these cubes. I’ve never had this many failed attempts at getting seeds to start. And most importantly, these are more dangerous than normal rockwool cubes. When I’m separating and using them, I can actually see the little fibers flying around in the air. It makes me not want to breathe at all and makes me wonder how much of this is being inhaled even while trying not to breathe.That’s my review, and I hope it helps everyone to go look somewhere else for rockwool cubes.Thanks for reading.

These worked extremely well they hold a lot of water and don’t dry out quickly at all I propagated 5 seeds so far and they are doing great super sturdy little seedlings I really feel like the ever so slight looseness of the compacted Rockwell allowed the seedlings to build an excellent root ball great product at a great price I’ll definitely y buy more when I run out of this pack

I used clonex along with this product to attempt 16 Mulberry tree clones. 0% success. I just didn't have a single cutting produce roots, there were no roots after 3 weeks just dead stems. Very hard to keep the 100% water medium clean and not develop rot. I tried cloning boxwood cuttings with Clonex in simple little pots of dirt, have 4 out of 6 alive after 3 weeks. Unless you have strict water changing schedule, super clean environment and basically just are very experienced with cloning... I'd avoid this product. It seems hard for new roots to push into it too.
