Marvel Legends Kree Series Captain Marvel Action Figure [Bomber Jacket]

I bought this as a gift for a friend. She was quite pleased with it. A really good likeness and great articulation. Plus she comes with only one head. (I don't know about spare body parts, especially heads, kind creep me out.) Goose the cat is sculpted in form that allows both freestanding and being cuddled. I have no idea what I'm going to do with the Kree Sentry arms from this and the Nick G-Fury figure. Probably add them to some kitbashing project.

The figure itself is good, while not the best one in the kree sentry wave, the detail itself is outstanding. Thankfully I’m not a collector or someone who is crazy about keeping action figures in their original packaging otherwise I would have had an aneurysm when I opened the box. I doubt it’s the fault of the people who packaged the figure at it had ample cushion and space. I think the fault lies in the way they store the products at the warehouses as it doesn’t make sense that the packaging was crushed during delivery or boxing.

This sculpt is fantastic, and I love that it came with Goose/Chewy. As an adult nerd, I take my action figures out of the box to *cough* play with them *cough* uh, display them properly, and I had to fight my kid for this one.

I just simply love this piece with her bomber jacket, good details on Captain Marvel this time. This one here is the best figure of the series! It’s a must have!

So Carol in the bomber jacket is one of those figures used to pad out the wave. While she looks great and poses well, she's super lacking in accessories -- unlike the standard releases, she doesn't have an extra head or even hands, so she's pretty much limited to petting Goose and wringing her hands and standing with her hands on her hips and whatnot. If you have the standard Captain Marvel you can swap those heads/hands onto her (even though it's not film-accurate, I really like the helmeted head on this body), but otherwise you're basically buying this for the BAF piece and/or Goose.

Hasbro’s Marvel Legends have come on so far. Their new paint techniques really help capture actors’ likenesses in the 1/12 scale. However they seem to have missed the mark slightly here. However she’s a dynamic and sturdy figure. The inclusion of Goose the Flerkin is wonderful.

Bought for the resident marvel fan. Figure is a little cross eyes but otherwise ok
