Just cut up the box already!
A year ago I bought the AMZ Basics swivel task chair for $73—it is a nice chair. However, I sit in it 6 hours a day working from home and I needed to add a lumbar cushion. Time for a better chair. After reading reviews on dozens and dozens of chairs >$600, I found this Ergohuman mesh mid-back swivel model with virtually all rave reviews. Score! After assembling and trying our this 64 pound engineering marvel, I broke my online purchasing rule of "always keep the box for 6 months" ant cut it up right away because this chair is a keeper! The build quality is superb. Lots of metal where it counts (which is why it is heavy) making it stable and elegant. The lumbar support, seat and back are extremely comfortable and provide firm support for long hours of work. Another thing I noticed is that the front edge of the seat rolls away from you and doesn't cut off the circulation just above the knees. The 5 wheeled steel base is larger than my previous chairs and should be as tippy when I bend over to pick up something that dropped on the floor. The chair doesn't roll on the floor, it floats. Just cut the box up already. But be sure to recycle it. And donate you old chair to someone less fortunate than you who is WFH and using a metal folding chair.

Nice Chair
The most difficult part of assembling this chair was unpacking it. It came well protected and well wrapped resulting in an unmarred product. Putting it together was easy requiring only a few well marked allen screws. It is a nice touch that the allen wrench is included. It appears to be well made and sturdy with only one gripe. The casters seems to be the cheap parts. While this may be just my perception, I expect to be replacing them in the future. Outside of the casters, the rest of the chair is well made of good material. I expect to be using this chair for a long time. As far as comfort is concerned, I found that it is easy to adjust, within it's limitations. The seats slides forward and back but is not adjustable for angle. The back tilts to one of three positions as opposed to being able to place in the position that may be just right for you. These two items were my only gripes in the comfort area. With the cost of the chair I think that these adjustments would be standard. That is the reason for fours stars. The lumbar support is great and I was able to easily adjust to to my liking. The seat is of the firmness that I like as is the back. Over all, a very nice chair. I just wish that it had a bit more adjustability as mentioned.

Had Aeron but love my Ergohuman
Had one of the older, adjustable Aerons that finally broke. I didn't want to spend that kind of money again. So I did a lot of online research and the best option seemed to be the Ergohuman. Very very happy with the choice. I look forward to sitting in it. Very comfortable, and I spend a lot of time sitting in front of the computer every day I find the mesh even more comfortable to sit in and more supportive than the Aeron. The adjustable arms never slip down like they always did on my Aeron, the arms rotate in which my old one didn't, and the back support is much much better. Plus it cost half the price. I also like the colors, And in a small office, this chair doesn't feel like to so dominates the space. It was easy to assemble and pretty much everything possible is adjustable. My only complaint is that I sometimes like to rock, and it doesn't offer a true rocker motion, just the back slides back and forth. With that aside, I would definitely recommend it.

Wobbles like crazy, very poorly constructed
I'm attaching a video to show you what this chair is like. All of the user-accessible screws are tightened. There's literally nothing I can do to improve this, apart from buying a different chair. My work purchased this chair for me through HumanSolution. We've contacted HumanSolution and shown them the problems. I asked for the chair to be replaced or refunded, and here's what their rep Andy replied: "Our warranty department took a look and said that there doesn't look like there are any issues with the backrest, however you may want to try turning the chair upside down and tightening the screws on the underside." As I already mentioned, there are no loose screws (hex bolts) that are accessible to the user. Everything is very snug, except the wide tolerances that are apparently normal for this chair. If this chair had cost ~$200 I would still be unhappy with it, but at $600 this feels really bad. Apart from the unacceptably lax tolerances, it is also poorly designed. It's not possible for me to position the headrest in a comfortable spot, and unlike the excellent ergonomic chairs that I've used in the past, this one easily cuts off circulation to my legs, even when using it in concert with a footrest. As other users have noted, the back of the seat can dig into the coccyx, and the lumbar support is practically useless. For reference, I'm 6"2' and I weight 190.

Sadly Disappointed Especially for the Price
Really not all that impressed for the price. Great back support but the seat is a bit uncomfortable when sitting for relatively short periods. I based my purchase on reviews provided by two of my co-workers. What I didn't take into account is the fact that they were both on the larger side and have a bit more cushion on their respective butts. A little more padding or supportive seat design might improve this office chair but I have my doubts. As a frame of reference, I have a muscular build at 5'10" 180-185lbs (depending on the time of day).

Excellent
I prefer not to buy products made in China, but this one fit my budget and from the reviews seemed well made. It is well made. I was concerned that one reviewer found that that they were not able to sufficiently tighten the control on backward tilt. I works fine for me. Good controls on the arms and still some minor tilt when locked in the upright position. fits my 6'4" 215 pound frame quite well. After a fractured pelvis and a minor but painful fracture in my spine this chair has been fabulous. Initially, it was the only chair that I could sit in comfortably, now having healed, it is still very comfortable and a favorite chair to support my back.
