Perfect surgical garment

Different quality compared to “same” from surgeon. I was given the same “brand” of garment and same style from my doctor but in a different color and there is a noticeable difference in quality. It was a waste of money with 2 holes and fraying seams after only a couple weeks of wearing as directed. At which point my movements were still very limited. This garment fits as it should. Not too tight at all. Comfortable. I alternate with the one from surgeon. So same amount of wear, same treatment. Disappointing for the price.

This was a great product overall but after my tummy tuck and liposuction my legs were very swollen and I have larger thighs and calves anyway (kind of mismatched from my top half). So I needed a medium in my top area and probably and XL in the bottom according to the size chart. So I went with the Large and it was ok- just a little tight in the legs. Super easy and convenient to pee in- I have another one and the hole isn’t large enough if ya know what I mean

This is a great garment. I do wish the adjustable straps were a little longer. They dig into my arms a little bit. It is a very comfortable fabric with great stretch. It is easy to put on. I do hook the first few clips before pulling up that help in getting it on easier.

This is my 5th marena garment and I got it because all other versions cut into my thighs, meaning I can't wear things (jeans, pants) that are snug on my thighs. This ripped/got a run within 2 weeks of every other day wear, handwashing and air drying only, in the middle of the fabric of the garment. It's a bit loose (I should be an xl according to their size chart but I should've sized down twice, not once). It's fine for days when I'm not very swollen but I need lipo foams when I am since it doesn't compress as much. Also compared to the shorts versions, this one does have mild compression on the butt area and that is not made clear by the pics or description. I'm not super impressed.

I tried another garment for post op recovery. It made things worse but I didn’t know it until I ordered this garment. Marena understands post surgical needs. Please do yourself a favor and order from them before anyone else. They are worth the extra!!

Es muy buena. me hice una lipo en mis piernas usaba talla L y ahora compré esta en M queda muy bien la calidad súper. Solo los tirantes muy cortos y si incomodan bastante deberías hacerlos más largos y un poco más anchos
