Can this be used on milia successfully

If you mean baby facial milia, I think the company, your pediatrician and I all agree to a hard NO! My pediatrician told me don't touch it or try to pop them because THAT will scar their skin. And don't overclean either. As the mom of 2 who both had that, I left it alone and they've had great skin, even through the hormonal teenage years. One of each, a boy in highschool and a girl in college. Usage as an adult, older adult is fine. Here you're talking about flakes from your skin that gets trapped, can't get out so just sit waiting to be rescued by Mighty Patch! You can barely see these tiny circles on your skin. Great Product!!

we have only use the :"invisable" ones, and they do not stain.

which side do you put the patch on?

There is a sticky side and once you peel it off of the backing, you put it sticky side down directly on the blemish.
