Initially frustrating but great gadget!
As a blind person, I initially found these very fiddly & frustrating...however, have been forced to persevere as sewing scrubs for NHS...I can now thread the needle 98 % of attempts & I live it!

The best I've tried
This is the first of these gadgets that I've got to work, possibly because the delicate pin that goes through the eye of the needle is somewhat protected

Great idea, not great in reality
When it works, it's great. Pulls the thread back out of the eye sometimes. Personally, I'd use tweezers!
