Baker's Joy Original No-Stick Baking Spray with Flour, 5 Ounce Can

If you love baking and use intricate pans with complicated designs, such as Nordic Ware, THIS is your best ally. I used to love Wilton Bake Easy spray, but unfortunately, they no longer make it. I started looking for a replacement and eventually found this one. I think I’ve gone through around 50 bottles since I discovered it! I can honestly say that I haven’t found a batter that will stick to my pans when I use this properly. The secret is to spray it generously, making sure you cover every nook and cranny. Don’t skimp! The inside of the pan should look completely white before you add the batter. Especially with detailed Nordic Ware designs, this makes all the difference. Highly recommended!

I always use this. The flour-based spray makes my cakes and brownies never stick. Much better than any other spray I've tried.

I used to keep this on hand regularly for baking as it was the gold standard for baking sprays. Sadly, our cheapest option was Walmart & they stopped carrying it. I had to substitute the baking spray made by Pam. I used that without issue for a couple of years. Baker's Joy happened to go across my Amazon feed one day for a good price & I was elated. I promptly ordered 2 cans. The first can lasted about a month until it would no longer spray, yet there was still plenty of product remaining in the can. I ran the nozzle under hot water, etc, doing everything until it was obvious it was destined for the trash. I went ahead & started using the second can and promptly contacted the company. The company claimed this wasn't normal & suggested shaking the bottle & running the nozzle under hot water, etc. They also sent me a coupon for a second can, free of charge, which I haven't redeemed yet. It's now been a number of months and my second can will no longer spray. There's still quite a bit of product remaining. I will go ahead & use my free coupon to get some of my money's worth for the 2 cans I originally purchased and had to throw away, but I'm done with this company. I'll go back to the competitor.

Does what it says, no horrible after taste, cake came out of the tin no problem

This stuff works every awesome!! Never sticks in the pan. Expensive but worth it!!

After several attempts at making Bundt cakes with normal tin greasing methods, and the cakes not coming out in one piece, I thought I should take the plunge and give this spray a try. It’s not the cheapest stuff to buy, but it’s worth every penny - I didn’t even have to tap the tin when I turned the cake out! Tears of joy!! And a perfectly baked Bundt cake. The tin contains hundreds of sprays, so should work out quite economical in the long run. Definitely an essential for Bundt tins!
