A great product that costs little and helps to ensure the safety of some very expensive electronics.: We use these to make slippery, smooth-surfaced electronics easier to hold, so they don't fall. They also prevent electronics sliding off of many surfaces when bumped or placed precariously. These grips can easily be trimmed to any shape and applied to large or small devices. The adhesive is very good--it does not shift once applied. When first attaching the grips, they can easily be removed if the position is not exactly right (simply by peeling them off the surface). Once installed, they stay put. After many months, I decided to move one I had placed on a laptop. I was able, with a little work, to slide my fingernail under it and peel it off with no visible or tactile residue left behind. I repositioned it, then continued to use it as before. So, the grips can be removed if need be, but are very stable when applied as directed. I feel sure that, considering the hard use many of our electronics get, these grips will continue to work for years.

Had a lap desk and my Macbook was sliding around so put the dragon grips on there and they improved the traction a bit. Not super grippy but enough to make a difference for my use.

Recently I purchased a new cooling pad for my laptop and the painted surface of it is slippery as all get out. It's an older laptop and the rubber boots are worn so it was sliding all over the place. Anway, I ordered this after considering a few different options and I have to admit, it stopped the sliding pretty well. As you can see from the first picture, it's that black matted metalic cover? ugh. Everything would slide on that. I put the two large strips across the top and bottom where the boots sit on the pad, and I put the two smaller one vertically with the same in mind. The thin strips were longer than the pad so I cut the extra off and put them on the bottom of my laptop (top and bottom), and the slip is gone. I saw a lot of complaints about the grip, but I did what the instructions said and I cleaned the areas first. So far no problems with it. Good product. Good buy.

I purchased a smaller DragonGrip kit previously for my Panasonic DSLM camera last year and fell in love with it it was really handy and love the texture and extra protection it provides. I decided to get the laptop kit this time for my MacBook laptop. I applied it mainly at bottom as well as on the sides to provide extra grip so it doesn't slip from my hand when I need to pickup the laptop to put it in the bag. It also looks awesome and makes it more rugged at the same time. Now I don't have to worry about it slipping off my hand by accident. This is really the best grip tape product I have came acrossed and adhesive is also strong enough and sticks well on aluminum body of the MacBook.

I put my computer next to my bed and I used to have a case to protect my MacBook Pro but my device got too hot. I took the case off and everytime I pick up or put the computer on its side next to my bed, the device is so slick that it almost slips out of of my hands and drops on the floor. I went looking for something "grippy". I tried these and bought this set and the smaller square package and then placed the grips on each side to match where my hand holds on to the computer regardless whether it was on the top or sides or which direction it is facing. Perfect solution!

These strips are perfect for a little extra grip on devices. I have a Proart px13 that I really like but it feels very slick. I put a strip of this on the front and cut a piece down for the back. Now I don't feel like it is going to slip out of my hand every time I go to move it. So far the strips look brand new. That is surprising since it is in and out of my bag about a dozen times a day.

Does not work!! This will not keep a light weight item such as a phone from slipping off a surface. Wasted time and money.
